Surgery experience at Nalini Hospital, Mumbai

How has your experience been at Nalini Hospital, Mumbai for surgery? I have a few other hospital options but I am still leaning towards it. How was your experience of the whole process - pre and post surgery, the stay, insurance reimbursement handling and post surgery help if you moved cities? Any help is appreciated!
