What's the most inspiring fitness comeback you've ever seen?

Watching someone go from being paralyzed for four years to eventually running a mile in under six minutes is a reminder that the human body can do incredible things with patience, consistency, and determination.

Stories like this remind me that progress isn't always fast, but showing up every day adds up over time.

Have you ever overcome a major setback in your fitness journey, or has someone else's story motivated you to keep going?

I need help with a proper workout routine without the gym

so, I weigh around 210lbs, I'm 5'10 or 5'11, I'm male, and I'm 18 (I don't know which one because doctors tell me differently) but I'm looking to drop this weight because my fat is situated around my stomach and waist and some of my boobs as well, I have no access to a gym because I don't feel like paying the money so I just want some home exercises that can do just as well instead of the gym, so much information is appreciated

Does anyone else like doing standing chest exercises?

Today's chest workout was done almost entirely standing using cables.

I like mixing in standing movements because they challenge my balance, keep constant tension on the chest, and make my core work harder throughout the exercise.

Do you include standing cable exercises in your chest workouts, or do you mostly stick with the bench?

Jump rope lunge and playing around

I usually jump daily and have been playing around with my footwork more. But I think I have perfected the jumping lunge while using the rope. My footwork needs some help. Any tiles how to clean up the footwork and make it look better?

From 100 to 3k Skipps..

I began my fitness journey in late 2024 (around November i think) with nothing more than a skipping rope…..

Started with 100 skips/day…
and Increased to 500/day within about a week
Reached 1,000/day after a couple of months
Eventually switched to a 15-minute timer instead of counting a target…
Today I consistently complete 2,500–3,000 skips Ina 15 mins….

Since 6 months i am doing them under 250 breaths per the total session

At the start of **2025…**I made it a habit to do 50 bodyweight squats every day… till now and reached to a 20 kg squats 100 per day

I got 285 Skipps in a minute and i do 6 most Skipps ina single jump

Now i am addicted to skipping like a drug… if i didnt do that a single day i felt like something missing like…

Do your knees click when you straighten them? How do you solve this?

I’ve had a lot of subluxations and one dislocation and although I’ve been strengthening my knees they still click when I straighten them. Is there a way to stop this?
