Struggleling to find the "error"

Hi I'm using ESxi but I'm starting to notice some weird issues:

See the two pictures:

  1. First picture is for a Home Assistant image, where in the HA system it's only using approx. 30% of disk. I've made a 32 GB HDD available, but it's using 53.83 GB. The backups within HA is very small as well.

I only have one small snapshot.

  1. Second one is from PFsense.

Can somehelp help me explain what is going on and should I be concerned of SSD failing?

Sharing memory between VM's (ESXi 7.0 U3)

Hello! Need some help - I have ESXi 7.0 U3 hypervisor. So the question is - can I share RAM between VM's dynamically? Let's assume one of the virtual machines is underloaded and is using almost no memory allocated to it - is it possible in this case to temporarily give some of this unoccupied memory to another machine that needs it at the current moment in time? Thank you for your advices.
