I have just got my first robot (Eufy e25). I am wondering what robot you have and how frequently you schedule cleaning.

I live in a 2 bed apartment in London, with 2 of us living here and work from home full time, but no pets or kids. Not sure if daily is overkill!

My wife and I have the eufy homebase and doorbell working for the last 3 or so years.

A couple of weeks ago the Homebase and doorbell just disappeared from our Eufy apps, my wife’s first then mine a couple of days later.

We added the Homebase again without any issue. The problem is with the doorbell, the last step of adding it requires the doorbell to be close to the Homebase, the Homebase plays a little chime and I guess the doorbell has to hear that.

It’s constantly fails at this step. I noticed in the last year the doorbell stopped picking up sounds totally, so I suspect it’s not hearing the chime from the home base.

Any solutions or has anyone experienced this?

Open app, my map is gone. It just tells me to quick map

I go to map settings, my map is there, I click Use this Map, text message says it will use that map, app still shows no map and tells me to Quick Map

Force close app and clear cache. No change

Log out of app and back in. No change

Turn on multi map and run another quick map of my house. I now have 2 maps. I cannot choose either one. when I pick it it says it is using the map, but the screen tells me to Quick Map.

WTF is going on?

Has anyone been invited to test the new Eufy Doorbell? I saw a pop-up in the app, and I haven't heard back. I have wanted a new doorbell for a while, as the current Eufy S330 is just too slow to respond. I also want to get something that can record longer.

A few days in for me. I tried both the Home clean upstairs, and just targeting particular rooms upstairs with mop only or vacuum only, but I encountered the same problem. When I had to carry it back down to the base station, it would  completely forget what it had done upstairs and switch to charging. And so rooms were left incomplete. 

Do you have any suggestions for this as I cannot afford to purchase a second station? The only other thing I can think of is moving the base station upstairs which isn’t the most convenient and I assume I’d have to remap the multifloor upstairs again.

I've got my base station on the ground floor and have mapped both the upstairs and downstairs. When the robot runs out of power, I carry it downstairs and put it in the docking station to charge. The app still shows all the white lines of where it went upstairs and where it didn't.

Once it's charged, I take it back upstairs hoping for it to carry where it left off, but there's no option to resume on the app, so I have to restart it, or just manually select the areas it didn't clean last time.

Is there a way round this?

Hi Everyone, I purchased my very first Eufy Camera (S340 solocam dual lens). I already have around 5 HikVision and 3 Ring Cameras, all working flawlessly after 4 years of use.

However, Eufy is driving me nuts. Right after creating and setting up the camera, it asked me to upgrade to latest Firmware(3.2.7.2), which I did. Later, while it was still in-door, right beside me, I noticed huge amount of delay when streaming live or when controlling via Pan/Tile button. Also doing playback shows a screen in loading loop of "decrypting video".

I thought may be because its not properly mounted on wall and is far away from Wifi Router, may be that's the issue. Post mounting and powering it up via direct USB Charger instead of Solar Panel, i experience massive amount of delay's, as I had witnessed before.

I went on Eufy and reddit forums and found out that it could be because of below issues :

1. HomeBase having issues (don't have HB)

2. Asus Router, change 2.4Ghz to 20Mhz instead of 40. (already done that, no benefit)

3. rebooted Router and Camera (no benefit)

4. Lowered Streaming quality from Auto to 720p (no benefit)

5. Disabled Ai Tracking (no benefit)

Wifi Signals are great and is showing full bars (strong). There used to be a Ring Cam plus on exact same location before that, which was working flawless @ 4k. I also saw many posts where hundreds of people are facing the same issue and no resolution is provided so far.

If there's anything I missed or can do to improve, please advice. I would highly appreciate it else I would return it by tomorrow.

I have changed many settings to try to make it last

Charged to 100% yesterday. 24hours in and it's down to 74%.

Charging weekly is not sustainable, any other tricks?

I’m pretty upset/ image. 3 eufy cameras two with a microSD card a PNY 128G elite x 10z a while back eufy updated their app and we noticed intermittently we couldn’t find the playback function - we thought eufy would update and fix it. Today a 1200 pistol was stolen from my vehicle at 2 am. Literally everyone else had these people door checking on their outdated cameras with horrible vision but where was eufy? No where apparently suddenly my SD card doesn’t work AND would only pick up “events” like a cat walking by my truck as 245 am. WTH. What’s the point of this tech and the money spent- if it’s not there when you need it.

I just got the X10 Omni about 4 months ago and my wife swears it's scratching our porcelain floors...I see a few but I don't think it's the robot. My wife has super vision and spots any little thing. I'm thinking it's the caster wheel but I can't find a replacement anywhere... Any suggestions??

Need a know whats the best way to get around a eufy door bell. If I switch of the WiFi will it send notifications?

I plan on moving from ring. Between the subscription to have recordings saved to support not being helpful. Anyways. I've invest about $260 overall for 2 echos, 1 front door doorbell and 1 for the back (wireless), 2 tilts, and 1 regular camera. Website is a bit clunky so wanted some input how well cameras hold up and I overall what to expect etc what's free what's not, your experience. I did see a really good deal on Facebook for 5 cameras that move around but reviews show they can suddenly stop working.
