Real?

So, today i bought these evisu jeans in china from an old guy. Paid abt 20$. And i was wondering about this writing on the jeans. The model is the 2000 one no .1 special. I didn’t find anything on the internet abt writing on the patch except for authographs or maybe just writing from the owner. Wondering if anyone here had some clue.

Hi everyone! Was hoping I could get a legit check on these jeans. Having a lot of concerns with the amount of loose stitching and the back tab which appears to be faux leather. Thankyou!
