was really hoping today would finally be the day for Lewis or Charles. Seeing the pace, the strategy, and then watching it all slip away is frustrating as a fan, as a Ferrari supporter, these weekends are emotionally exhausting. Every race starts with hope and somehow ends with "maybe next time."
Ferrari fans deserve compensation for this emotional damage.
Came into today believing in Hamilton or Leclerc.
Left with disappointment... again.

It's not so much a racing game as it is a strategy game. I play F1 25 on my laptop as a sim racing game, and on mobile, it's like seeing the race from another POV. If you haven't tried this, just try it. At first, you might feel bored, but later you'll get attached. By the way, it's officially from F1.
I started watching Formula 1 after seeing Rush in 2014.
Life got busy over the years, but somehow I’ve still managed to make time to watch almost every race live. I’ve been a Max Verstappen fan since Brazil 2016, so seeing him win in person at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2024 felt surreal.
The weekend had everything: simulators, photo booths, air shows, the driver parade, drone shows, and a race under the lights. But the highlight was after the chequered flag. Running with thousands of fans toward the podium and witnessing the celebrations up close was probably the most thrilling moment of the entire weekend.
Recently I saw someone post their Monaco GP photos and it made me smile because it reminded me of this trip. Different race, same passion, even if I’m not quite Monaco-rich.
If you’re thinking about attending your first race, I highly recommend Saudi Arabia. It’s relatively affordable, incredibly well organized, and they seem willing to spend whatever it takes to put on a great show.
Hopefully Austin 2026 is next.

Any sim racers or F1 fans in Hyderabad here?
We're hosting what should be Hyderabad's first dedicated Sim Racing Championship on 28th June at District 150.
The format is straightforward:
2 qualifying laps
Fastest lap counts
Top 8 drivers advance to the finals
₹7,000 prize pool
Qualifying will run throughout the day, so participants can drop in at a convenient time. The finals will take place later in the evening after the Austria GP.
Curious to see how the city's quickest sim racers stack up against each other.
