I’ve been playing since 2023 and I usually remove the cloud checkmark to open few lunchboxes to see my luck and if I don’t get anything, I just delete my vault after that I press the cloud checkmark to recover it but the checkmark appeared on its own and my vault is gone.
I had 194 Super Dwellers and got every single weapon and outfit.
I'm not new to the Fallout franchise but I am new to Shelter and started yesterday, I can barely get my food, water, and electricity above the minimum green threshold and I want to get out of this state. Is there anything I can do to save my Vault Dwellers?
I've been trying to send people to the wasteland to collect some stuff, but it's not that easy to be selecting one by one, dragging and dropping each to the corner of the screen, etc. I think I'm doing something wrong or missing something and I don't know what that is.
Since the season was getting close to ending, I thought I would ask about what we get to keep and/or take to a new vault.
I don't expect to keep the caps, and the Nuka's I paid real money for, but do I get to keep stuff like the diner/barracks them, weapons, and apparel plans, or the unlocked gold level dwellers?
Seasonal Vault is ending. So what did I decide to do? Let the story end by itself? No! I sent dwellers to the wasteland to look for a water chip. One returned. He was killed upon returning as the upper levels of the vault were being roamed by Kellogg,a courser, and a Synth Paladin.
On the levels below, the brotherhood of steel have cleared out the abomination Mr handys and killed the upper levels of the vault dwellers.
Deep in the vault however, the enclave seem to have set up shop, with colonel autumn being protected along with a shady business man from pre war America. Mole rats and the brotherhood of steel had killed the soldiers and MIT staff that had been the original vault population.
All that lurks at the bottom now is what once was of America, and in a few days the elevator shaft will cave in and leave them stranded for eternity.
Stray animals line the streets of concord outside the vault, often holding caps and gear, sometimes even still retaining an old vault jumpsuit with a weird “0” on the back..
But we had a treaty with the BOS why would they kill us? Answer is waiting in an elevator in a screenshot. Was it a false flag operation?

recently decided to reinstall this gem and have a go at survival mode again.
i am not able to upgrade most of my facilities to lvl3 because the incident events all become super charged hp drainer. is there a stat i can train to minimize the fire damage and mole rats damage?
currently turtled at 34 population to train up soldiers while avoiding deathclaws. does deathclaw dmg become higher when it moves to an upgraded structure or its the same disregarding the facility upgrade level?
Do I stick with the focused alien blaster or do I switch it for grognak’s axe for when I send him to the wasteland?
I been playing for a while on and off at multiple different times. I don't like the layout i feel like it could be more streamlined. Thoughts or recommendations?
Almost all my dwellers are level 50 and 10/10 on all specials too.
Like one that can give me new outfits and weapons like moldovers armor? All editors i checked dont have those items.
This is my main vault, I only been playing for 3 weeks to maybe a month. I’m currently saving up caps to upgrade the armour crafting room so I can craft legendary armour. I’ve got one of each training room all are fully levelled and pretty much constantly have 6 people training at a time in each I usually leave dwellers exploring in the wasteland for at least 2 days my explorers are all maxed in Luck, Strength, endurance, and am working on the other stats as I rotate who’s going out and who’s training. I can already make legendary weapons thankfully. I’m wondering if there’s much I can do to improve the vault after i get my upgrade for armour I’ll be looking at what and where to upgrade/build next.
Hey all, I used my phones date and time settings to jump forward and backwards in time to play around with the past seasons. This has caused issues with dwellers exploring the wasteland not gathering any items. I imagine that is calculated by the irl time so I probably messed it up.
Is there anyway to undo that? Like maybe cloud saving the vault then deleting and redownloading the game?
I completely understand if this is just the penance for my hubris.
Say fast guys should I let him overnight(which the hour of the post is 22:05 and I wake up at 7:05AM) or recall him?
I notice when I go to craft themes only the Diners and Living quarters have the option to get themes for, however the vault door room has the option for a theme but I don’t have the theme, even locked in the crafting room. Do other rooms get themes or just the diner and living quarters and (maybe?) the vault door? And if they do how do I get access to them? I haven’t upgraded the room even once yet but upgrading only says “increases crafting speed”, is it dependant on the season going on? I’ve been playing for just under a month so far so I’m curious.
Is there any method, calculation, or website to find out how long they last during exploration?
