What do I do with my crops?

I have about 40 acres of land right now and I’ve been planting canola and wheat. My silo is 120,000 L. I obviously have more crop and I do space in my silo. What do I do with excess crops? Eventually, I want to start doing soy beans and corn. I am playing on PC FS25.

Well after 5 years of playing I finally decided to get some proper stuff lol

Found a joystick at my dads house and connected it up, realised it made the game much more fun so after 5 years I’m going all out for a gift to myself!

Playing with a friend

So me and my friend got farming sim 25 and now have no idea how to actually start playing.

Our idea was to start completely from scratch, like 0 dollars, just a piece of land and two chainsaws, after almost 2 hours and only 50k in the bank we got bored.

How do we prevent this? We would like a challenge so each piece of equipment would feel rewarding to finally afford, cover all of the different ways to farm (Silage, animal produce, woodworking etc) and build a farm from the bare minimum.

Some mod recommendations would be appreciated too as we found out that the vanilla stuff is kinda wack

Never knew I could attach the mower to front as well. And its better this way. Which is the correct way though?

I realised today that I can attach tools to front as well. For the mower it really makes more sense to use it by attaching it at the front, because i can see the width of the tool in front of me. Was I doing it wrong this all time? Is attaching to front the normal way?

Now the games started I have no idea what to do , there’s acres of menus and the tutorial has given no clear instruction what is relevant . Are there any good resources for this ? I like the idea of the game , thanks in advance

Naming farm mod?

I am looking for methods like mods or anything to name my farm in fs25, i am not talking about like in settings and save file name or that. But like a sign i can place on the farm with the farmname i choose. And maybe that i can place on tractors for having a contracting business.

Rental House mod question

So Im doing a playthrough and recently acquired a new piece of land that already has a single family house on part of it, but I already have a farmhouse obviously so I wanted to rp it a bit like im renting that extra house out. I looked at some rental house mods but they all seem to be houses that you place, and I want to use the existing house. Is there a mod anyone knows about where I can place another object like maybe a mailbox or something so I get rental income without having to place a whole new house?

Thanks for any ideas

Combine Header Trailers

Sorry if this is asked all the time but haven’t seen anything about it recently. Am I missing something or is there a plan for Giant to fix the worker AI to be able to drive the header trailers to a location with combines or even from tractors on PS5? It’s not the worst thing in the world but a bit of a pain when I’m sending a crew in a large map all over the place. Thanks for any insight!

Any blank maps like No Man’s Land but with a small town?

I love creating my own farms and my own fields, but a lot of these blank canvas maps feel super empty with a shop plonked down in the corner. Feels odd if you know what I mean

Does a higher yield =more straw ?

Hi all.
As the title suggests really , I only grow wheat for the straw to feed/ bed the cows , if I put in more effort ( weeding, lime etc ) will I get a higher yield of straw ?

Thanks !

Any way to stop farming sim 2025 minimising when alt-tab'ing?

For some reason the Windowed Borderless (or full-screen as FS25 calls it) mode still minimises the window when focusing on another window or a different screen. It's sort of pretending to be an old-school full-screen setup that disappears when you tab out.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening? I like to be able to check on chats, youtube, discord, browser tabs or whatever else while keeping an eye on what my tractor is doing.

Is there another trailer (mods) than the Sillage trailer that can be attached by Heizotruck?

Looking for a map to micro farm.

Looking for a map idea. I'm on PS5. Has anyone come across a map with a fairly large settlement that has a livable house and large garden. I want to set myself the challenge of micro farming in a very small space using greenhouse/raised garden/hand pushable cart. I usually have a blank map and start from scratch so looking to do something a bit different. TIA

Celebrating America 250 on the farm

In celebration of America 250 and the farm being modelled after Arkansas, I thought it would be fitting to purchase my first new delivery tractor of the year with a blue and red paint scheme and the unit number 250 instead of the farm's standard green paint scheme and numbers in the 0XX range. Happy Independence Day to everyone in the US!
