Ruby Rhod kewpie by Jessie Rose at Electric Rose in Little Rock, Arkansas

I went to the Tattoo Fest in Memphis, TN and she overheard me talking about this idea to someone at her booth. She immediately got excited and said she’s always wanted to do a Ruby Rhod kewpie. It was meant to be and I fucking love it.
