Is there a sub for minimizing waste/impact where people understand that folks are doing the best they can, disabled folks exist, rural folks exist, and so forth? The big ones seem to be full of people who jump down posters' throats for using mail order at all ("uh, go to a store?!?") and for purchasing any prepackaged foods.
