I've been playing video games for forty years. I'm downright good at 'em! I even hosted a video game segment on tv for a while.

But, for whatever reason, the hardest game for me to play, y'know, other than Battletoads, is Fire Pro. I cannot, for the life of me, get the timing down. I have tried repeatedly. For YEARS.

I don't know what I'm missing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong other than having bad timing. I just...can't get it right!

Do any of you Fire Pro diehards have any sort of helpful and constructive tip so that I can finally enjoy Fire Pro? I've owned the current version on PS5 for years and have deleted it in fits of frustration multiple times over the years.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

I want to learn the referee stats of the Red Shoes from Fire Pro Wrestling World - New Japan Pro-Wrestling Collaboration DLC but i couldn't find any info about his stats from anywhere. Where can i find this info and what is his stats?

Various memcard saves for Fire Pro Wrestling Returns (PS2)

I've never played fire pro but I'm thinking about it.

I have the urge to create an entirely new federation full of entirely original characters, made by me, and then let it run lots of events and plotlines while not playing a single match. Is this the right game for me?

Do characters in this game have relationships and memories? Can you say "this guy is friends with this guy", or might a wrestler who endures a stinging loss appear unscripted to interfere in his opponent's next match that doesn't involve him?

I've been playing Fire Pro since X Premium. I last played on ps4 but quit for years because I overloaded my save file, and it was too much to fix. In February, this year, I found an outstanding deal on a lap-top and pulled the trigger, and subsequently bought Fire Pro all over again. I've haven't been a PC gamer since the old emulation days in the 90s - 00s. This is essentially a new game now. All of the work everyone has put into the Craft modes is genuinely stunning. The Mod Pack is incredible. Thank all of you for keeping this weird little wrestling sim alive- genuinely.
