I’m not really wanting to pay $50 for a piece of cloth that I may or may not get into, i’m wondering if like the $25 ones on Temu are the same or if there’s actually a noticeable difference?
First time posting on this sub. Just figured out that yesterday was my 1 year anniversary of my first flowstar, which is the one im using in this video. I had a slow start getting into it for the first few months, but once some things clicked, and I got some experience flowing at festivals, I got to the point where im practicing almost daily for about 8 months now.
Thank you to the entire community, for all the tips and inspiration over the last year! Can't wait to see the year 2 progress 🙌
Hey, so I’ve had my Reddit for years but only recently started using it more often so I’m still not sure how the searching function works, I’d like to try star spinning, (is that the right term? ) I already have poi but have been loving the flowstar look, unfortunately I live in Belgium and trippysquid doesn’t ship here, anyone know where I can source a good quality star that won’t break my bank??
I’ve been interested in flowstar since the beginning of Spring and since EDC has ended, I am especially wanting to try it out.
Curious if anyone has any recommendations for beginner flowstars, tutorials, or even tips!
Also this ad for Dapostar came up on my FYP and I was wondering if this was a good price? There’s also a single one for about $35 (including shipping and tax). Figured I might as well get 2 though lol

Hi flowmies, just wanted to share a creative project I’ve been working on lately.
I ordered a blank white star from Forever Flow a few months ago and had been sitting on it for a bit, trying to figure out what I even wanted to design. I’m no official artist by any means, so this was way out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to do a super unique hand drawn design that had never been done before. Also, art therapy is amazing. I finally settled on a yin-yang inspired design using 4 elements (fire, water, earth, air). I practiced a several sketches on paper before attempting on fabric. I’m so happy with the result on this fire/water side and it looks sooooo cool spinning 💫
