When on "Force Charge" during free electricity period of 11am-2pm, if the battery gets to 100%, the solar stops generating as if it's being blocked by the inverter? The house demand might be 5-6 kw as this is the time that the washing machine or the dishwasher is on as well as the A/C.
Is this the normal thing to happen? Why can't the solar panels pass the electricity being generated to the house?

The other day my fox cloud2.0 app on iOS has stopped calculating the tariffs. All other data shows and updates it’s just the tariff calculations don’t update.

I’m with AGL Battery Rewards my mate is with OVO and has the same issue.

I don’t think it’s from the firmware update because I updated the inverter firmware and he didn’t but we both have the same issue.

Has anyone had this problem, if so how did you resolve it?
