First time wearing PDM Percival today.

I’ve read so many different takes on this one that I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Some say it’s overrated, others swear it’s one of the best everyday scents out there.

After the first few hours, ang naisip ko lang was, “Okay… gets ko na.” Hindi siya yung fragrance na agad-agad hihingi ng attention. It just sits there smelling clean, fresh, and really easy to wear. There’s something about that simplicity na ang satisfying and comforting.

Still too early to give a full opinion, but as a first wear, I can definitely see myself reaching for this on days when I just want to smell good without overthinking it.

Curious to see if it’ll grow on me even more after a few wears.

Never have I ever thought na magugustuhan ko ang amoy ng juniper! Yesterday, nagpunta kami ng partner ko sa perfume-making workshop where we crafted perfume for each other. Nakakatuwa lang kasi maeexpose ka sa dami ng mga scent for perfumes.

Pinakanagustuhan kong amoy ay ang juniper. It smells clean and fresh, and it gives that kind of kick sa musky notes na nilagay ko (in this case, leather and tobacco). I also like teakwood and leather. Hindi sila masakit sa ilong.

Currently, naka-rest pa sa ref ‘yung ginawa naming perfumes for 15 days to allow the notes to blend. Hopefully, mas mabango kinalabasan niya kaysa sa initial spray namin.

I finally got my Diptyque Lilyphea. 💚 The green notes threw me off at first, but they grew on me pretty quickly. Thus sampling first is very important before committing a full bottle.

After a few minutes, it smells so good on my skin, and the dry-down? Love it. It lasted about 4–5 hours on me, but it's definitely more of an intimate scent that stays close to the skin.

So happy with this recent purchase.

First ME perfume ni husband at nagustuhan niya talaga yung amoy. He let this sit for a week before finally using it. Then yesterday, he sprayed on his neck and felt a burning sensation na may pagkamahapdi, after 3-5mins nawala naman. Worried lang siya. Hindi naman makati. Triny niya ulit today, ganun pa din yung feeling niya. Triny ko din sakin, parang mainit lang pagkaspray pero di ko alam kung normal ba yun or what?

Any thoughts po?

I was just casually strolling in the dept store and found the fragrance section, I wanted to smell some of the famous scents like good girl or burberry her, but this one takes the cake 🥹 im still a newbie when it comes to scents but my current collection felt like it didn’t embody my vibe.

Dont get me wrong, penhaligons will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Despite the hype given to CDNIM Limited Edition, I still go back to the EDT. Still my fave. Quick trip to the grocery dahil naubusan ng sabon. This is my dumb reach frag.

Blessed Sunday fragheads!

My friend was able to get a full bottle of Velixir in Vietnam (Ken Perfumes) for 1.1m dong each (around Php 2.5k). May patong na rin sakanila hahaha kasi the actual price of Velixir is less than 2k daw.

I got the Athena and the Icarus, but I haven’t tried the Icarus yet.

Longevity wise I’ll say 3-4 hours pa since it’s new palang. The decant I got from a friend lasted longer since siguro mas matured na yung decant na yon.

Scent wise, they say it’s a dupe of Delina. Is it 100% close? Mga 85-90% siguro. Honestly the first spray akala ko talaga Delina, kuha niya, pero I kinda smell a hint of incense from this one or guni guni ko lang ba yon hahaha. In the dry down you’ll get the Bulgarian Rose and Vanilla notes of the perfume.

Overall, yeah I get the hype, but won’t suggest people to spend a lot over it. People are taking advantage of the hype and put like 180% mark up on it. I saw a store sell a BNIB for 6k on shopee, di ba kayo karmahin niyan? Hahaha.

Just wanna know people’s opinion. May balak pa ba tumangkilik ulit ‘yung iba? Bukod sa multiple tests na pinost nila, naglabas sila recently ng FDA approval. May bearing ba ito to gain back your trust?

‘di ko kasi alam kung no brainer dapat pero as a second skin lover i feel conflicted whether to trust them again or just give up second skin as my “signature scent” entirely 😔 Marami na rin naman ako nakikitang “dupe” daw nito pero worth the money ba?

After buying local dupes naka try na rin ng middle Eastern. Bundle deal ni dubai shop baliuag. Oks lang kung overhyped hawas ice hahaha makikisakay lang na newbie.

Only because it's expensive. Smells really nice though.
