Pattern recommendations similar to Hollister Talia top

I have been trying to find patterns similar to this top but it has been really hard 💔 I have found other babydoll top patterns but the ones I have found don’t have the gathering at the front. I am trying to replicate Hollisters Talia top.

When it comes to free patterns, one doesn't always find a pattern that is exactly like you're looking for. Chances are you'll have to make changes to a pattern or even hack two or more patterns together.

This is a free pattern sub. All patterns requested and posted must be free (instructions to self-draft patterns are also allowed). Links to premium/paid patterns will be deleted.

DRCOS sizing question

So the men's size L says it's 34 inch waist, does that include seam allowences or is it the measurement of the finished product? For example would a 34 inch waist skirt turn into a 30 inch waist because of the seam allowences?

Edit: This is a question for people who have printed out DRCOS patterns and measured them. :)
