Buying a mill for the first time.
I've watched YouTube videos galore and can't decide on whether I should go with an impact mill or a stone mill. How in the world do you make the decision?? I've been making sourdough bread for almost 10 years, way longer than the Covid starters. I also want to make regular whole wheat sandwich bread, quick breads, and things like cookies and pancakes using fresh milled flour. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
