16 year old HP LaserJet P2035n auto continue

So I have a HP P2035n that I've had since 2010 in college. It's great, I love it, it's a beast of a machine and prints like a champ. Recently though I've noticed that it has a few issues when communicating with newer laptops. I'm currently running it as a network printer using a TCP/IP port and it prints just fine from my main home desktop (custom built from 2018, WIN 11, latest drivers, yada yada). On my desktop I tried using the WSD install method that Windows uses but there were constant issues with communication, (wouldn't send documents to printer, couldn't find printer, printer needed attention). My wife has a brand new laptop from work, (HP, WIN 11, limited access) and I have a new laptop from work as well (Dell, WIN 11, pretty beastly, I work with CADD). The laptops find the printer no problem using the TCP/IP port. The issue is that with the laptops, the printer doesn't auto print, I have to manually press the green arrow button on the printer. I haven't had to do that before (I had an older laptop from work that worked just fine with the printer). I have the latest drivers installed on both laptops and I've tried to do factory resets on the printer to see if there was an issue. I have the auto continue option checked in the printer configuration. I have looked online at HP forums and none have given me any hope. My wife is getting upset about having to manually press the button for each print job and threatening to just go and buy a new printer. Please help me save this printer so that it can give me another 15 years for our home!

EDIT: setting paper source from main tray to automatically select fixed the issue.

HP Deskjet 2910 New Setup

Trying to setup my new printer and I can't scan the alignment page. Both power and blue lights are flashing. The WiFi icon on the control panel is beaming up and down (i.e., one-two-three arcs in repetition).

I tried power cycling and putting the cartridges in and out. Nothing works.

Printer paper getting stuck is ragebaiting me

My hp smart 580 keeps making the paper get stuck when I print anything the first time. Then I remove the paper by force (cuz it gets stuck) , then try again and it works fine.
But now it just doesn’t work even on the 2nd attempt. It just gets the paper stuck even after the print was complete like it prints what I want, then the thing pushing the paper out or thru the printer just doesn’t want the paper to go out

Found the problem with your copier...

Picked up an older copier for an upgrade. Customer said it had trouble pulling paper from the bottom tray and made squeaking noises.
Opened the drawer and found a mouse nest (top right of pic) and plenty of turds.

If you need to keep your hp envy...

I'm a homeschool mom and was gifted a hp 6155e printer. I'm now seeing the issue with connectivity and seeming like I print a few pages and am already out of ink, even tho I set to "draft" every time. Are there work arounds/solutions that don't require a new printer? I'm okay with doing things HP doesn't like/off brand ink etc. I avoid all subscriptions like the plague.

Updates for Getting Payment on the Rivian $250 million Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, Rivian settled $250 million with investors over claims that it failed to disclose the true cost of producing its vehicles. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed.

Quick recap: In 2022, Rivian was accused of misleading investors about its vehicle pricing and production costs. In short, the company promoted its R1T pickup and R1S SUV as competitively priced electric vehicles, but investors later alleged that Rivian was losing substantial amounts of money on each vehicle sold and failed to clearly disclose how severe the cost gap was. As supply-chain issues and material costs increased, Rivian announced major price hikes that sparked customer backlash and raised concerns about the company’s financial outlook.

Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $250 million with them, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.

So, if you invested in $RIVN when all of this happened, you can still check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $RIVN at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Firmware downgrade for HP Officejet Pro 9025

Purchased a HP Officejet Pro 9025 non "e" printer at a yard sale, apparently firmware "updates" from HP have prevented it from using 3rd party/remanufactured cartridges, does anyone have a copy of the original firmware or know where I can obtain it, must be for to 9020 series because it has 2 paper trays and I'm under the impression the 9010 series firmware doesn't address the 2 tray models.

If Hell has a basement, they exclusively use HP Smart Printers down there

I’m sure they’ll conceive even more convoluted ways to make printing paper even more complicated.

Gutenberg’s Printing Press was probably easier to set up

Does anybody know exactly where the jam sensor is located? (Last resort effort after trying everything the internet suggests.)

Printer won’t stop printing blank pages. HP Deskjet 2755e

I just got this new printer and I already went through the setup process and made sure everything was working correctly, it prints a test print perfectly and I’m trying to get it to print pages of text from my iMac off of the Apple pages.

No matter what i try it just spits out blank pages over and over again. I don’t know where else to go or what to do. It’s not giving me any errors and the firmware is already updated.

I don’t know what to do please can someone help me. I’m just trying to print ordinary text.

Most people who followed $CYDY remember March 30, 2021. The FDA publicly stated that CytoDyn's claims about leronlimab were "misleading and not supported by the data", no benefit was shown in COVID-19 treatment trials. The stock dropped 25%+ that day.

What happened afterward was a class action lawsuit covering investors who held $CYDY between March 27, 2020 and March 30, 2022.

A $500,000 settlement has been reached and terms are now submitted to the court for approval.

Who qualifies?

Anyone who held $CYDY during the class period and suffered losses from the alleged misrepresentations about leronlimab's effectiveness for HIV and COVID-19.

Can I still apply?

Yes, you can submit your application now and it will be processed once claims filing officially opens after court approval.

If you were damaged by this don't forget to check your eligibility. GL!

HP sux! No service, no people, no intelligence

Arrg

Stupid me stupid stupid stupid

I wanted a compact laser printer I can take with me in the car and run off a 500W inverter for *very light useage. 10 lines of print once a week. I bought an HP M110w (what I now refer to an an HPos) Not for the machine, rather for the company that serves up the steaming turd.

I get them to issue an RMA and they say make sure you print the return label right away... What return label???

Can anyone offer a direct returns phone number to the HPos Store that doesn't involve running chasing my tail?

HP Instant Ink and printers are ripoffs!

HP has to be one the worst companies to deal with for printers.
You spend money on a printer and ink then they force you to pay a membership every month to continue using the printer!
If you don’t pay the monthly fee then your printer is absolutely useless, it won’t print a thing even though the cartridges are FULL!!!

What a WASTE OF MONEY!!
