can you people please brief how you dealt with culture circle very late delivery as my order is stuck with them since 2 months. i ordered a pair of adidas evo zero sl for 13k something and there's no fixed date update that when will I receive them 😭😭

This is such a scam company, showing ad of new balance 9060 rain cloud, a shoes worth 17k (Limited edition, vegnonveg etc). They are selling at 2900 lol.
This is seriously such a scam company, i ordered the same shoes with them 3 months back @12k, but it was never delivered, so i cancelled after a month.
I immediately deleted the app and reported their insta account
I ordered Nike Sneakers from Culture Circle but the size is not fitting. So I ordered a new pair with a different size thinking I will return the first pair Only that I didnt know there is no direct option to return. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and they said exchange will happen but it will take time. Came to reddit only to see it will take almost a month and the customer care asked me to cancel the new order also. I have to fly out in the next 7 days and I cant get to make them deliver my order on priority. All l want is either my new order gets delivered on priority and first order gets cancelled and refunded immediately. This is extremely time sensitive and I really hope their customer service can be more responsive.

Placed an order for a Seiko Mod on 25 May 2026.
At the time of ordering:
• Sourcing date on the website was shown as 09 Jun
• Guaranteed delivery date was shown as 27 June
Immediately after placing the order, both dates were pushed back significantly, with the sourcing date eventually moving to around 20 July.
I reached out to a Culture Circle representative on whatsapp who assured me that the watch would be shipped by 20 June, so I decided to wait instead of cancelling.
On 20 June, the app status changed and showed that sourcing had been completed. The timeline displayed that authentication would be completed within 3 days and the product would be shipped shortly afterwards.
However, as of 24 June:
• Authentication has still not started
• Every day, the “authentication initiation” date simply shifts to the current day
• There has been no shipment update
I contacted support again and received a call from their team. The representative acknowledged that there is a delay but also admitted that they currently do not know whether the product has even been received for authentication. They said they need to check with their operations team and get back to me within a day. may.
My concern is not just the delay itself, but the lack of visibility and conflicting information:
Order was accepted with an Early June sourcing estimate and 27 June guaranteed delivery.
Dates were pushed significantly after payment.
I was assured of shipment by 20 June.
App showed sourcing completed on 20 June.
Support is now unable to confirm whether the product has actually been received.
