Tira selling the said item for a discounted price of ₹123
and mind you Tira is giving 2 quantities at the same mrp of ₹325
if we buy this puff in 2 quantities on Nykaa that will cost us around ₹136

I am sick of the cheaper perfumes like Bella Vita. They are really bad quality.
Need something that smells great all day. Floral and sweet. Doesn't give a headache or smell alcoholy.
Or is this a lot to ask from a 3k perfume?!

I was so much excited to buy this cherry cola lip tint from elf and I was getting a good discount. I raised complaint on bluedart and nykaa both but still they didn't deliver. I am so frustrated from this app now.
I miss the days when nykaa did 1 day delivery in my address and now they are just shit. Fuck nykaa
I'm really glad to announce that I've made everyone i know delete their Nykaa accounts after Nykaa deleted mine and even after reaching out to their Team it was all in vain.
Why give an estimated delivery date if it can randomly be postponed later? Customers literally plan around those dates , travel, functions, urgency, availability. Not everyone can sit at home waiting endlessly. Feels irresponsible from Nykaa’s side.
I made a mistake of ordering products from Nykaa fashion on 13th May (4 products / clothing, total price 1902 rs) they delivered the wrong product (2 clothes that someone else might have ordered) on 15th May. I’ve wrote emails to them, called them on support number but nothing. Today they assigned me the same ticket number that they assigned on 16th May - which was about internal inquiry. 22nd May is the last day to return the items, but how can I return it the delivery person will reject it. I don’t know what to do, I just feel extremely bad, it’s around 2k I can’t just let it go. Yesterday the customer support girl hung up on me I tried calling again through a different number but it never connected so not sure if she really hung up on me or what. I’m also going on vacation from 22nd (which also the last day to return products) not sure what to do as I will be back on 1st June
Please excuse my grammatical/ written mistakes I don’t have the energy to run this through AI. Consider this as a rant and if you have any advice I’ll be more than thankful.
Something’s up with Nykaa and Shadowfax.
My order was shipped on 12th May and the tracking shows it already reached the hub nearest to me since the 13th, but it’s been stuck there for several days with no delivery attempt or movement update.
I contacted both Nykaa and Shadowfax and received generic replies but no actual movement, so I followed up and was met with silence.
I checked Reddit and even Nykaa’s Instagram comments and so many people are facing the exact same issue. It seems to be a widespread problem and no one is taking responsibility.
At this point I’m just trying to figure out whether there’s something bigger going on with their logistics.
Anyone dealing with this, did your order eventually arrive? Edit: I just received my parcel.
very funny nykaa. literally left out the gift, that was supposed to arrive earlier than the other items.
the set was shipped before, so i thought the gift will be with the lipstick, but even the lipstick was shipped today, while the gift remains at confirmed 💀.
should i accept the single lipstick at doorstep or not? its cod, i dont need it, only added it for the vanity to get added.
if i refuse it at doorstep, what if they cancel the freebie, but what if i end up getting the lipstick, then if they still cancel the freebie saying oos or something. im so lost on what to do 😭

Placed an order for a few things on 16th May. On 18th the delivery date changed to 19th, and today on 19th it has changed to 23rd. The most annoying part is that 2 of these products are available for 2 hour delivery, and the other two are showing delivery by 21st May. If you can't fulfill the already placed order in time how tf are you selling it at Nykaa Now????

They have clearly specified the free gift is a lipstick. They sent me a nail polish, what should I do?
I ordered the manetain combo a few days ago, the gel and the cream, and the cream was wrapped in tape.
When i removed the tape i realised that the tube was actually cut with product leaking out of it.
I placed a return request immediately WITH pictures, but the delivery guy refused to pick it up, saying that the description on his app doesn't say that it's damaged, and he's scared they'll ask him to pay for the damage.
Placed a return request again, and the same guy came and refused to pick it up AGAIN.
When I tried calling from my registered mobile number, they asked me to call from the number given in my delivery address "for security reasons", which is bullshit.
Their chat is completely useless, they just copy paste the same messages over and over again, nobody understands what you're even saying.
I went to Nykaa On trend outlet at a mall today to purchase a lipstick - Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick - Shade Renegade. The sales rep, a lady quickly pulled out a fresh piece and was going to bill it to me. Suddenly a gentleman requested me to buy another product as there is a buy 2, get 1 sale going on. I denied and requested the sales executives to bill the product I had chosen as I didn’t need anything extra. They refused saying, billing a single product is not possible. I’ll have to buy minimum 2. I have been working in retail and ecom for more than a decade and this seems highly unlikely. Does anyone have any idea?
Edit: I have emailed both Nykaa and Maybelline and received a bunch of apology calls from them. They are yet to come up with a clarification. I don’t care about any material rewards but they should really pull up the sales executive. I am from this industry and know the traps. There are gullible customers who don’t. Let’s hope they train their employees better.
