Hi all, i am planning to buy dyson airwrap id . Tell me is it worth it to buy from nykaa which gives points and birthday gift as july is my birthday month OR shall i buy directly from dyson website . Though there is dyson store available in my city , its very far like 40km so for me its not worth it.

Nykaa Scam

so I ordered sol de janeiro bum bum cream and got the body mist as a freebie along with an estee lauder sample and a birthday gift (prive gold member)

even though it was supposed to be delivered today i received a call at 10pm yesterday and received the bum bum cream and the sample.

Today i received a message that my order was delivered and I have not even received a call that my order is out for delivery.

I contacted a nykaa representative immediately and they are offering me a 200 off coupon.

Pls help. What do I do?

btw, the delivery partner is shadowfax delivery

Nykaa charged me more than the MRP. Is this even legal?

I recently ordered a MuscleBlaze Whey Protein from Nykaa.

The MRP printed on the product is ₹5,609, but I was charged around ₹6,389.

I contacted customer support, and they replied that offers and campaigns change from time to time. But my question is, how is that relevant? If the printed MRP is ₹5,609, can a seller legally charge more than that?

I'm not talking about discounts or offers. I'm talking about being charged more than the MRP.

Has anyone else faced something similar with Nykaa or any other platform? Is this allowed under Indian consumer laws, or should I file a consumer complaint if they don't resolve it?

Is anyone else frustrated with Nykaa’s Platinum membership benefits?

I have been a Platinum member for over 2 years and place orders almost every month sometimes even 2–3 orders a month.

Earlier, I asked customer care about my birthday gift and they told me I’d receive it after 20 days. That never happened.

On top of that, for my last 5–6 orders, I haven’t received any reward points either. When I contacted customer support again, they told me that Pro members don’t get reward points or birthday gifts.

What confuses me is that my cousin, who is only a Gold member, recently received a pre-birthday gift.

So what’s the incentive for being a loyal customer and placing orders regularly? Is the expectation that we should order less often? It honestly feels like loyalty isn’t being valued.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or am I missing something about how their rewards work?

Fuck Nykaa and Shadowfax

I ordered from Nykaa Now and after 2 hours late delivery, the delivery partner calls me and says it will take him half an hour more. Then hangs up without waiting for an answer. Then these fucktards send me a notification “Your order has been delivered.”

“Handed to the resident” I think the fuck not. I swear their customer support is steaming pile of shit. What do I do get a human on line? Same with Shadowfax, literally says I have no active orders. Like y’all just delivered then let me see the fucking history atleast

I fucking hate nykaa

They keep delaying my order. First 25 june then 27 june and then 1st July. And now they are saying it will be further delayed to 5-7 days. I can’t even cancel it because i used gift card I don’t want refund on nykaa wallet. Useless app. Never ordering from them again. Someone help me. What should i do now
