Went to nykaa store to check out shade of kay cushion foundation. If it would have been same price online and offline I would have bought it. But there was no discount offline and online 10% discount. So I didn’t asked for trial on face only shade swatch on my forearm, I felt the shade is too light so I asked to show a one shade darker and asked shade name. The person refused to show me the shade name and said its store policy to not show shade name to prevent businedd losses. WTF. If nykaa ppl lurking here listen to this….
If nykaa is exclusive seller of kay then how you are loosing money if customers order online?
Where is the written policy?
Why customers are responsible for sale person commission if we are not getting any discount?
Cant you even afford a store rent from your profit to provide same discounts as online?
And if you have to such cheap tricks to run your business then plz stop calling urself nykaa LUXE
ATP you guys are just taking advantage of ppl silence cause your classist staff very well knows that ppl prefer to pay than asking questions.
