How does the free orders work?

I haven't ordered anything from their anniversary sale this time but I was wondering how the free orders thing works? Cuz you have to order using upi or card, by luck if you get the order for free, you'll get the amount credited back in the wallet but you'll have to use that to place another order again in the app right? So technically it's not free, as you're paying for one order but coz of the offer you can get two orders for the same amount. In the end more orders are created for savana. I wanted to order something to try the free orders thing but I was doubtful about this and finally the sale is ending today.

Savana will probably cancel my order automatically of 1rs sale: lost money & time.

Ordered a bag off of Savana’s 1rs sale on 31st May, it’s showing Received in dispatch centre since 5th June and today (9th June) I got a message which says:

“Due to a final quality check, your order
(Order No.) may take a bit longer to ship. We're working hard to get it dispatched and delivered as soon as possible.

Shipping Promise: If it hasn't shipped by Mon, 29 Jun, we'll automatically cancel it and issue a Rs 300 coupon (valid on orders over Rs 1000) as a thank-you for your patience.”

Such a scummy shopping site. So not only will they automatically cancel my order and my 100 rs is GONE effectively, they give a coupon of Rs 300 which I can only use if I shop items over Rs 1000.

Delivery date got nearer and still in dispatch centre

Bro yesterday it was 13-17 June today it’s 11-13 June and it’s still stuck in the dispatch centre since 4th June😭😭😭 I did receive an email about the probable delay too but then why did the delivery date change💔💔💔💔 helppp

In the first photo, the colour is looking a bit weird. The real colour of the pj is in the second photo. AND IM OBSESSED! MY MOM IS OBSESSED! FINALLY GRABBED A GOOD DEAL🤞🏼😭😭 And yes the quality is like of H&M-kind of mid but definitely worth more than 800 type

Anyone’s order shipped? Or still stuck at ‘Received at Dispatch Center’.

My orders are still stuck at ‘Received at dispatch center’ since June 04 .Customer care says I’ll inform the team to resolve the issue in priority but no response after that. Anyone’s orders got shipped after this amount of considerable delay?
