Help with making a sleepy boi avi

I've played a lot online growing up, but am still very new to gaia culture ( •́ω•̩̥̀ )

I made an account when I was 9 or so, stripped my avi nekkid then went to play Fantage and a lot more games hardcore, so I hadn't touched my gaia account again until a few years ago recently. A lot has changed and I'm very out of the loop + never learned how the marketplace works, gaia economy, how layering clothes and color schemes work, custom items to recolor, item packs, etc. I wish I knew how to properly create a cute avi and learn how like seasoned users. No matter how I try, my avis always look weird and clunky.

I also don't have any friends besides 2 irls because I don't know the social scene very well, and don't want to annoy anyone. I would love to be more involved in chatterbox.

Would appreciate any advice! The aim is for yume kawaii, fairy key and dreamy, sleepy themes around pink, purple, soft blues and blonde. Thank you ( •́ω•̩̥̀ );;

Is there any kind of Gaia Online refuge or Lost and Found for people who no longer frequent their old Gaia Profiles?

I had so many friends on Gaia, and it would be really cool to reconnect with people if they are willing. It feels like forever ago that I created my original squall_rocks account decades ago and even my newer account is over 7,100 days old. Feels like another lifetime ago.

Avatar missing in AviChat

My avatar doesn't seem to show up in zOMG or in the new AviChat (Gaia Avatar Chat). Tried Firefox, Brave, and Floorp. No luck so far.

Solved: Seems like you have to change an item on your avatar then save to fix it.

Scared to submit help ticket for mules

Hey! So, I have access to 2 of 4 total accounts (1 main and 1 mule). The other 2 are mules (although one was my main before I moved it due to a previous issue with a fellow Gaian almost 20 years ago). I am worried about asking for help because my goal was to move everything to my main and delete/abandon the mule accounts.

However, since that's technically against ToS (didn't know until after), I am scared since I already did it to the account I did have access to and if they see that, they might ban me. I have since left everything alone in the mule I have access to and have been playing normally.

Now, my other 2 that I don't have access to, they do have items I gave them years ago when I first made them but since it's been so long, idk what my trades were afterward.

I'm terrified of getting my main account banned.

Have any of you asked for help and received help without issues, or are the Gaia team members a-holes who look for any chance to ban you?

I do just want my original items that I gave my mules back... I can't remember the names, but I will know when I see them (last logins were Aug 2020 and April 2019 for the last 2 I can't get into), hence why I can't remember anything about them. The emails I currently have access to do not work, so idk what emails they could be.
