I have “Gaia Online” saved on like 5 different secondhand sites/apps, and I have for years. On Monday (my birthday!) morning, I got a notification that these had been posted on Ebay! I had never seen these before in all my years of merch hunting, so I jumped on them so fast! They’re definitely a bit small, but not terribly so. AND they were brand new! Happy birthday to me!

I've been thinking about how cool it would be to bring something like that back but modernized.
Basically Gaia User rooms where friends & guests can hang out and watch YouTube together. Room Owner throws in a youtube link, and everyone's player stays synced.
Could also just use it for music, playlists, random YouTube videos, whatever.
The nice thing for Gaia is, the actual video would play client-sided, so Gaia's servers wouldn't have to stream the video to everyone and overload. The Gaia side would basically just handle the room and keep everyone's players synchronized.

When trying to fish on Safari, it always gives me this error. I've been aware of this for a while, so I've been using Chrome. Chrome is fine, but it doesn't work as well speed-wise on my Mac as Safari does.

I made an account in 2009 and somehow was able to get back into it in 2020 but my dumbass connected it to some temporary email BS which I cannot for the life of me remember. I was talking to someone on the live chat today but wasn't able to answer enough of his questions to get my account back. I'm so sad about this. Any tips, that account has so many rare items and so much gold/ platinum

So this is my Gaia Tent, I like it. It's pretty simple and basic.
I used Gaia Online back in 2004 to 2006 and never used it since. I vaguely remember my username and password. I made a few attempts at logging in, but i got "incorrect login info" message. I no longer have access to the email i used to register the account, so requesting a new password wont work.
I am tempted to try a few more attempts to see if i can remember the password i used back then and hopefully access the account, simply for nostalgia reasons.
But is that even possible? I mean, the account is 20 years old and hasn't been used since. I assume Gaia Online will occasionally delete old unused accounts, so it might be forever lost? Or is there a tiny chance that its still out there somewhere?
And if that does not work, and if i am able to remember my username. Would it be possible to at least see my old profile and read my diary and old forum posts?
