For me, it’s the same routine as before but with the caveat that my friend list is essentially empty since most haven’t logged on in years. How about you? 😅

Do you guys think Gaia could be resurrected from the dead of a big portion of us committed to getting online, creating a dc community and promoted it?

I randomly came across gaia online recently when I was searching for old dress up games on Google for fun and suddenly got myself into a bit of a rabbit hole the lead me to someone's old profile on gaia online which I thought was awesome, especially with the css customization. I looked into this site and thought it was so awesome! It's definitely the type of social browser game site I've been searching for constantly today, though of course found out it's actually a fairly old site (makes sense).

Seems like its not as active as before and seems I missed the golden age 😞 as with all similar sites unfortunately. I'm surprised it's still up actually! I'm most interested in creating outfits but I am curious about other aspects too.

To the people who still play, what keeps you playing? Or have you moved onto something else that's bu chance similar (if so please share I'm desperate to find social sites like these, I hate modern social media I need creativity-)

Edit: After look at everyone's responses I decided to give it a go :D my user is SpriteOvercast in case anyone is down to add me. I'm pretty excited to play around with this!

So uh I've been trying to post all morning, but every time I do the Captcha to complete it (and it says it was complete) the site tells me it was never done when I finally try to post.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I mostly lurk on gaia these days (I go there to look at roleplay ads), but I've noticed that random posts the formatting is like... totally messed up? Then I looked at my account (which is a "newer" account so there's only the one post made), and the single post I made last year or so, the format is ALSO super messed up.

I couldn't find any word on what's going on, and why it is effecting some posts but not others. But I wanna know how to avoid it because I was thinking of making a post soon.

Edit: Resolved. The issue seems to be an anti-bot measure. It was resolved as soon as I met a 50 post count threshold.

I have so many Philosopher's Cache that I can no longer trash/donate, or even take items from my locker due to being too bogged down with items. Selling one by one would take waaayyyy too much time. If some people could please help me with trades of the Philosopher's Cache to take away items 50 at a time until it will let me toss them (you can keep them, toss them, anything you want) I would appreciate it.

So with the recolor item generator "cute as hell" this item is shown in the announcement splash art. i was like, 5 bucks isnt much, so i bought 3 of them. None had it, which is fine. i need to know what the item is called so i can try to find it or wish list it :') thank you
