My mom (50) was just diagnosed with gallbladder cancer. Need some advice.

My mom (50) recently had a radical cholecystectomy for gallbladder cancer. Her pathology showed pT2a disease with one positive lymph node/tumor deposit. CT scans after surgery show no visible spread. I’ve attached the pathology report.

For anyone who has had a similar diagnosis:
What treatment did you receive after surgery?
How was the prognosis explained to you?
How many years out are you or your loved one from diagnosis now?

Thank you for sharing your experience. :)
