I just started GWE yesterday. And i can afford only one of them and i want to make one of them my main and get their mastery achievement. Who should i buy?

Granted, all but one of the evil were default Shale, but I still take the win regardless.
I'm no modeler, so this is probably the best I've got tbh.

To be honest, since this game is mostly survivor sided, it would be great if Cortex got a small teeny tiny buff and that is its stamina.
Cortex is fast, sure, but I would LOVE to have a bit more stamina, like +10 stamina is enough for me. Everything else about Cortex is a-ok. That's basically it. If they wont add a tiny bit more stamina then a tiny bit more speed would do great as well but that would be too strong already.
Some context
:Cortex is my favorite evil to play (No I won't say killer.) But 7 times out of ten I just barely ran out of stamina chasing anybody. Fireflick exists for that and the small speed boost you gain by using the enhanced m1, but It's really, really not enough unless you catch them off guard (which usually does not happen in servers with better players).
It is way too survivor sided when the survivors know how to use any of their moves i mean i had a game where a taunt used trowel i was playing xyra and the taunt just built a wall and used ti to tank all the hits then they ran away and used taunt to slow me down and stun me even after I hit them
Regen coils have no downsides aside giving the user vulnerability but mind you that only affects them if they are getting chased or if you can catch up to them
Speed coil being really inconsistent as sometimes you have normal speed after getting hit by an m1 bit sometimes you literally break the sound barrier after getting a little tickle
Basket should realistically stop the animation if you get hit while placing and if you get hit while eating
Block is just too op for what its worth like you can block the sledge hammer, orb explosions, lunges,synapse, fire flick,vertical collapse
There is such more and tbh I dont see this game staying alive with this balancing i do know that it should be fair for both teams but when im playing one of the best characters and the main reason I lose is a wall and a taunt thats just not fun. When I cant do anything because a block will just tank it with no repercussions thats not fun
I do genuinely like this game but im finding less and less reasons to play it because this horrible balancing i feel ths means others feel the same too
Throw a red ball after 0.6 seconds that goes straight in the direction of your mouse cursor at speed 35.

It's bad, and until these problems are fixed, yo game isn't hitting 1k anytime soon, bro.
This game is clearly survivor sided in full lobbies, or larger ones. Some of these abilities are just overpowered, like RegenCoil or Taunt, and make killer miserable.
Taunt is so op it ruins the game, bro. Regeneration Coil literally requires nothing to heal and heals unbelievably good and has infinite range when healing... It's pretty op.
Some ability kits will make a fly be able to kill you. 70 to 60 hp, who the hell made this. Shale is so buns. it's almost funny. He is so loopable, and 5th e old sledgehammer was way better than the trash one now.
I fucking despise how unbalanced Fallen and Xyra are.
We all know Fallen is unbalanced. Unless you're a Fallen main and glaze them like hell. Xyra is so weak sometimes and too overpowered sometimes, it's not funny.
The map design is... Jesus.

Template is aah bro. Template can't get shit done in good lobbies.
He's too map dependant and loses on a bad map instantly. Toolbox is his only good ability. His slam ability is ass though it works rarely, and the people that I play with always dodge. The hitboxes... God.
I never thought I'd rather play Pillar Chase. Corvex is unbalanced.... hell, all these killers are poorly designed besides Shale.
The game modes aren't the best.
Versus is fine.
Double Trouble is mid as always in every game.
Hot Potato is hot ass.
Monater is hot ass.
One Bounce is hot ass. How do you fail that.
I also hate that this just feels like DIE OF DEATH BUT YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE YOUR AVATAR WOWIE KAZOWIE OH MY GOD. its boring.
Template is an interesting killer.
They are good, but I have some concepts for them since they aren't that good in their current state and somseconds.
My redesign makes him 1.5 studs taller, gives him yellow arm rings, 1 on one arm and 2 on the other, a hash tag on his chest and a crack in his ring that has no been colored yellow.
Fire - Red Rings and fire emits from its arms.
Particle - Green Rings and particles emit from their heads.
Subspace - Purple ring and its arms rings and head ring glows.

Description:
A rejected subject made from the "Toolbox".
It was made from a set of baseplate subjects but was discolored. Each baseplate had an ability to test out and eventually give to Robloxians. Template was said to have stolen 4 abilities and escaped the storage building it was kept in.
Usually, we could just go to our computers and pick a designation to shut down, but not only did Template remove its number, it apparently blew up the server containing its files, destroying almost any chance of shutting it down.
Template is considerably taller than normal Baseplates.
It also has killed almost [amount of kills you have as Template] more robloxians as of now. (Appears when you play as him and get a kill)
Abilities:
Punch
It's a simple punch. Deals: Base - 19 Fire - 20 Particle - 22.5 Sparkle - 21
Windup - 0.4
Cooldown - 1.6

Depending on mode, it could be:
Pulverizing Slam
Grab a survivor and slam them into the ground, dealing 30 damage. It will ragdoll the player for 1.5 seconds, and it takes you 2.5 seconds to ready up again.
Windup of 0.75 seconds.
Cooldown of 24 seconds.
Firerampage
Charge forward, dealing 10 damage and 9 seconds of fire damage to anyone you hit (You will be set to speed 38 upon use, and you will have the same drift as Corvex's ability).
Windup of 0.5 seconds.
Cooldown of 30 seconds.
Particle Gas
Make a 30×30 stud green particle gas around you that will give Slowness 1 to survivors and deal 2 damage per second, and grant you adrenaline 2 for stepping in it. You have to be in the gas for this effect.
Windup of 1 second.
Cooldown of 35 seconds.
Subspace Throw
Throw a subspace trip mine that goes in a straight direction of your mouse cursor at a speed of 31. Anyone who touches the mine when it is thrown will be exploded and ragdolled for 2 seconds. taking 15 damage.
Windup of 0.4 seconds.
Cooldown of 12 seconds.
Each cooldown is paused when the mode is not selected.
Mode Switch
Click your head and switch modes.
Base>Fire>Particle>Sparkle
Windup of 0.2 seconds.
Cooldown of 0.4 seconds.
Utilitybox
Spin your head around and either get adrenaline 1 for 8 seconds or strength 2 for 4 seconds.
Windup of 0.3 seconds
Cooldown of 31 seconds.
Intro -
Template stomps and kills a Baseplate before turning to your player avatar as the camera pans to show you scared, and suddenly, Template lunges and pulls out a Subspace Tripmine before exploding you.
Lasts 7.48 seconds.
Intro V2 -
Template stands among a multitude of Baseplates as you walk by. You walk right past and suddenly look back to notice Template gone before he appears behind you and snaps your neck. Lasts 6.76 seconds.
Intro V3 -
Template stands with his hands behind his back turned around, in front of a bunch of Baseplates, before turning around and lunging at the camera. Lasts 3.59 seconds.
