hello i have a problem where i have giga internet and the download speeds are crazy bad downloading rainbow six take 2hours i have check everything doing the closest area for the download and still its very bad and only happen to steam like for example epic game,xbox,ubisoft are all fast and good

007 first light visual graphics glitch and game crash

How to solve this graphics problem? Also my game crashes after playing for several minutes. There shouldn’t be any pc configuration related problem.
