Any tricks to getting the KYC page to actually work correctly? Support keeps closing my ticket without actually helping which is quite frustrating. Happening in App and on desktop.

So, as you can see after installing the game on my phone, it started tracking and after about 20-30mins I exited out of the game on Level 14, thinking I would get those level completion Steps and unfortunately those did not track. I've checked my Transactions page and only the first two steps are pending as per above!
Could it possibly be that progression steps take longer to register because TyrAds have to confirm on their side that I've completed them? or am I just unlucky??
