How do I check on the status of a cashout?
I'm trying to check on the status of my cashout, and can't find a single word about it in my account. The money has been taken from my account, but there's no record of the transaction. Since there's nothing about it in my account or in my email (and I checked the spam folder) there is no ticket number that I can use to file a support ticket.

Weird support response
so i sent a couple tickets saying my KYC is still pending and I can’t cashout. This is the response:

Do you have any employee page or linkedin page that we can check further? Also we need images from your email with the Chime confirmation and a look inside your chime account.

i find it odd you would need more than a freakin video with your ID. and what exactly does a look inside your Chime account mean?
anyone else get a resp like this? they taken over by bad apples?
