New Korean kimchi gloves

These are so soft but also super grippy and they have an elastic like band so they stay up. 10 out of time would recommend. Anybody else love, rubber, gloves, and dishwashing gloves like me? I have so many pairs.

My story

Low-key a bit scared to post about this… my glove collection started when I was probably 6. These gloves were some that were given to me on my tenth birthday (size xs). My family never understood my fascination with gloves, so I’ve been holed up with this for many years now. It started with just me enjoying the feeling of wearing them, but then ended up being a large part of childhood imagination games. I was too young to notice this at the time, but a lot of it was my being bound, or trapped, by the “powers” the gloves had. Some other “powers” I gave them were those of the elements, mind control, etc. When I was probably 11 or so, I accidentally fell asleep while wearing a pair of them, and discovered that I liked it. I then began wearing them to sleep more. I’ve always had to hide them, mostly because I didn’t want my family to find out out of fear of them taking them. A couple of times, my mom found a few of them stashed somewhere and would ask me about them. I always just told her that they were for cleaning, or just shrugged in embarrassment…

Glad to finally get this off my chest 🙃

Some more gloves in public!

Wore these gloves out today! Unfortunately a little bit tore off of my index finger while doing some work, but I was still able to use them until the end of the day, as the tear didn't spread.

A question about gloves for public use!

I have Misophonia and sensory over-reactivity. For the Misophonia there are actually several resources, apparently, like noise suppressing earbuds or headphones that still allow me to hear people.

For the sensory over-reactivity, though, I am still struggling to find an option. One that I have come across several times, is actually wearing gloves, which is where this sub comes in.

Can you recommend me any gloves that are very thin, won't get too warm in hot weather, allow me to still interact with devices while working, and maybe even look nice, just because it would be nice to wear something that looks nice while also being an effective tool for one of my disabilities.

I really appreciate any answers, and when I get myself a pair, I will definitely post some pictures of me wearing them in public, since that is majorly what they are for.

Guanti in lattice medicali

"Sono curioso di sapere quanti di voi qui sono principalmente interessati ai guanti in lattice piuttosto che all'abbigliamento in lattice. Quando vi siete resi conto che i guanti erano il vostro principale interesse?"
