Rebilling Usage on Starter Plan
So mu client is running an Email & SMS Campaign out to 1000s and I keep running the $25 bill now coming out at an alarm rate. After talking with support, I've only just noticed that rebilling for Usage from the agency isn't available?! Is this due to the plan. I believe it is, but wanted validation because feels a little harsh, no? Just means I need to needless create a workflow workaround for the usage billing.
Any advice or techniques for this?
Also I am GTM as of September for more customer so should be on the upgraded plan soon enough, was just wondering on this one.
