Hi. There is a google document in my files that isn't mine. I don't know who made it or who shared it with me but it appeared in my docs a few years ago. It's some LoTR crack fanfic bs that I want gone. I use to have editor access(why? who are you people?) but it's since then been removed. I constantly hit remove with the trash icon to get rid of it so whoever it belongs to can keep it but I don't have to but it ALWAYS reappears. When I go into details to see who had access, I can't change it. How do I get rid of this permanently?

Hey, my friend and I are creating a game concept together and we've been using Google Docs to organize everything.

Problem is, as we keep putting more ideas and info into the game, it gets harder and harder to navigate everything despite my best efforts to organize it all.

I wouldn't have an issue if the sub-tabs would collapse by default when I open a doc, but they always expand when I open it which makes navigating a pain.

Does anyone know a solution or alternative program for this? I'd be 100% willing to move all the info to a place with better organizing/navigation features.

So I've been writing a few video scripts and practice-reading them, but I find it very difficult and I figured making the spaces between my words and lines would help, but I can't figure out how to do that? Is there an extension or feature on Google Docs that could help?

Note: I don't mean spaces between paragraphs.

I have a table in google docs with pictures and a dropdown column, I tried pasting in into sheets put the pictures don't appear and neither does the dropdown. Is there a way to put my table into sheets while keeping all my pictures and the dropdown?

I only have 500 documents on my Google. However it's not letting me make anymore? Is there a limit if not how can I fix this? Please help.

I can no longer see my active updated version history it is just saying one edit?

I've hit "Remove" for some documents about five times in a row, but they don't go away? How can I move things to the trash? Is it not an option anymore? It says "Removing from view," so it's a different thing from deleting, but there's no other option? It used to say "Moving to trash" or something to that effect. When I refresh the page, they just show up again. Sorry if this is stupid, but for years I could just delete stuff normally and in one try. This only started happening recently.

Is there a way to have multiple checkboxes per row? Ideally either checkbox would strike out the text. I’d be ok if only one of the boxes per row had that functionality so long as the other box could still be checked. Example image in the comments.

I am using justified alignment as it is a requirement for my essay but while writing the text, especially the title (in caps), the spacing between each word is so irregular that it looks weird to read. Does anyone know how to solve this apart from changing the alignment?

I have multiple docs that I'm working on. They all had the same first part of the title, "Power for campers", "Power for managers", etc. When they wer all open in tabs in a window, it was impossible to tell them apart, so I temporarily changed their titles to: "(Campers) Power for campers", "(Mgrs)Power for managers". Now I can switch back and forth easily.

Im a teacher and im making a docs for my structured lessons and i want each subtab to be the same for each class. Is there any way to do it without doing each one individually?

Hi !

There is a new feature on my google doc that keeps driving me mad. Eveytime I want to justify the texte or whatever near this button a link pop up quickly and i keep cliking on it without willing. I have to do it slowly so the link doesn't pop up and i just can't !!

The link says "convert and open on acrobat" and it's at the bottom right of the screen, at the left of "share".

Does anyone know how to remove this feature ?

I created a doc with my personal account. Then wanted to move it over to an org account. I thought I did that successfully, but I'm still getting notifications to the old account about people editing it. How do I confirm who the owner is, and transfer ownership to the new account? Googling this gives instructions, but they do not work.
