Sakshi and Varun on Instagram (sakunkizindagi) Let me tell you a story.

An influencer posted a reel claiming that she traveled across Sri Lanka for 10 nights for just 65k per person. Out of curiosity, I checked her other stories and realized she had stayed at premium properties like Theva, along with other well-known hotels where the nightly tariff alone can be around 20k. She was also dining at gourmet restaurants like Shady Lane.

So I politely questioned how the entire trip—including hotels, food, transport, and sightseeing—could possibly cost only 65k per person. Instead of explaining, she replied rather rudely, saying, "Wait for my itinerary, then talk."

As I kept reading the comments, I noticed many other people were asking the exact same question. Soon enough, she started blocking those people too. Deep down, I think she knows that even an AI would struggle to produce a realistic cost breakdown for a 10-day Sri Lanka itinerary covering all the major destinations while staying at those kinds of hotels and eating at those restaurants within. That's the worrying part. Social media has made misinformation look normal, and the world is slowly becoming a place where appearances matter more than the truth

Been following the MOS pod since it started. There was a time when for 2-3 episodes in between Sakshi was straight up bullying Naina but because she alights is off, it doesn’t look serious.
In the recent episode 132 at 46:45 was just evil and mean. This isn’t the first time it has happened. There was a pitch last year where for 3-4 episodes straight up Sakshi totally bullied her and negged her. Naina really needs to learn to give it back to her.
I’ve worked with someone similar and the traits are uncannily similar. This podcast wouldn’t have been possible due to Naina. And it’s unfortunate that narcissists get way ahead. It’s true. She eats up into Naina’s insecurities.
