I was told today at a store that the seasonal colors are no longer available for the Anjou Mini. Is that everyone else’s experience too?

Anyone able to fill me in on buying in UK ?

Can’t find online well there website but doesn’t show any values or buy now add basket etc etc ?

My first Goyard purchase was made in-store in Milan, IT in 2025. Since then, I have made several distance orders (redacted specific comptoir due to privacy). Overall, I have spent around $20k with Goyard, $12k of which via distance orders. I am not anywhere close to any of the boutiques, hence the need for distance ordering.

Unfortunately, my last distance order did not end well with the SA. The SA:

1. Informed me I had to pay via wire for the $6k transaction (only gave me 30 minutes prior to bank closure, they were only going to hold the items if I sent screenshot of payment that day)
2. Did not confirm holding items until two days later, despite the fact I paid 5-10 minutes after I got the wire instructions
3. Did not confirm wire receipt the day they said they would (3 days after the wire was already confirmed on my bank side)
4. Said that I could have the items sent to my home since I already confirmed ID with my first distance order (told them that is preferable) but sent it as a hold for pickup anyways
5. Never followed up with tracking number (Received Fedex automated message though)
6. Never responded to my final "Items received, thank you!" email

I know SAs are very busy and juggle many clients, but I am looking for someone who has better communication. A short informative text goes a long way with me! I am not imminently looking to place another order, but I would love a referral so that when the time comes I will have someone that I am excited to work with.

NOTE: I am 35M - not interested in any of the limited editions, and bags/purses are rare (only for the occasional gift for my Mom or Sister). I say this because I don't want you to think I am your competition for any rare items! I am just after the basics.

Has anyone got any experience with this piece? Considering it for work but wondering about its
practicality and quality.

In your experience, does trust build as you continue your purchase history with an SA?

The reason I ask is I just made a third purchase with an SA that I was introduced to via remote order request following my first in-store experience with a different rep while on vacation internationally.

First remote purchase was paid with credit card and required me to go to Fedex with ID for pickup.

Second purchase again with credit card, but now allowed to ship to my home.

Third purchase was the largest order yet (5 items; around $6k) and it was sprung on me that due to higher cost, I had to do wire payment. This resulted in $30 extra bank fee plus no credit card points! I was also asked if I wanted personalization (no) and the next large order may require me to make an in person appointment first.

I feel like I am being treated as a reseller or something, which is hurtful after spending a fair amount of money with this SA across three purchases. Thoughts?
