I have 2 servers (windrose and conan) both are down and cant get into them via dashboard. Ticket submitted.

I can no longer change my game mode to easy if I needed to. It says it changed then I refresh it it goes back to medium. I opened a support ticket and got a random response that didn’t have to do with it.
