A person who writes in all caps

I received a letter from someone from my past. I know he wants to reconnect hoping for more than just a friend status. My impression from the past is that he is an "A" type personality and am wondering if the all caps reflect this?

What's up with this "g"

Hey everyone! Character artist here. Sometimes when writing the names for my characters I like to pretend it's them doing it instead, and this one kinda surprised me. Can anyone tell me what's up with the g? what does it mean?
