I'm playing the game on Linux, and Steam is the only way to do so since the Windows client doesn't work through Wine/proton (at least for me, if anyone knows how to please tell).

Im noticing an increase of value of world locks this week.
Blue ances that cost 220-250DLS on Aug 17 now cost 180-190DLS on Aug 20. Same timeframe for MAGPLANT that cost 42BGLS now 32BGLS. Manip or nah?
Items like, Surg-E, Display Shelves, Science Station, Tackle boxes, etc. are becoming more cheap. But noteable that some items are still on the same stable price.
I'd like your thoughts about this. No toxicity.

They advertised on the megaphone that they were selling BGL for €0.50 each. I visited their website, joined their Discord server, and used the buying channel. When a seller contacted me and asked how many BGL I wanted to buy, I said I only wanted to start with one BGL to check whether they were legitimate.
They then kicked me out of the server without giving any reason. Because of this, I suspect they may be scammers who realized I was testing them with a small transaction to avoid losing a large amount of money. Seems like their scamming target is the one who demand large amounts of BGLS so they can get away with large sum of cash from buyer.

Alright, so I was farming some mushrooms and watching a stream with the “Video Popout” feature that OperaGx has on Youtube and other video services.
Middle of farming I get the message that I was suspended for 730 days. I wasn’t using an auto clicker or any other tool to help me farm or anything, I even started over as a beginner and was trying to mass purple blocks and I get punished for no apparent reason whatsoever.
What could’ve caused this I wonder? Was it the stream overlay I was watching that and the Growtopia automated ban system thought I was botting?
What was the cause?

I often see people buy gems 100-130/WL although no packs seem to outweigh this Gem/WL ratio
e.g. Buying Msurg results in 45k Gems gone which in turn is 391WL if we're talking at a rate of 115/WL (Gems), but the Msurg pack itself costs 75wl currently.
How does buying gems make sense?
Only logical conclusion I could come up with is daily role quest repeats but even then, it's somewhat ridiculous.

i think ill give up on Golden angel wing, cuz even if i sell worlds to this price and get 17bgls, plus my 29bgls in assets (16bgls+13bgl horn headbands), thats only 46bgls in total, so unless i can sell these worlds i wont be able to afford golden angel wings any time soon.

do people prefer to store their locks in worlds, chests, or the World Lock Bank? I want to get some gold items before next Valentine's Week, so I'll need to save up a lot of BGLs. What do you think about that?
