When are songpyeons the cheapest? Before, during or after harvest fest? Logically, should be during harvest fest because of the increased supply but maybe also after, because there is still supply but the demand has plummeted?
Hi there, a quick introduction to my project https://gtpricetracker.com/ which is an automatic price tracker that monitors all The Lost Nemo channels and taking the median of listed prices periodically.
It's been a couple months since I've updated this project, but the data collection is still going strong (been recording data for thousands of items since April 2026).
I'm playing the game on Linux, and Steam is the only way to do so since the Windows client doesn't work through Wine/proton (at least for me, if anyone knows how to please tell).

I played Growtopia way back when I was 7 in 2014, a little bit of whiplash thinking about it. I've decided to maybe reignite some nostalgia in me and start from scratch. Any tips? This is a world I was recently offered the opportunity to buy. As far as I know of there are only 2 like this in the game. Alot of people do not know what the glitch is. The glitch is the dis abled platforms. They are un obtainable and can only be found in carnival and growganoth.
Yo guys. Old player here. Just came back 2 days ago. I managed to get some dls after selling a GPC. So anyways which farm item should i buy. I tried some fish tanks but they gave so less gems.
Think I’m gonna quit GT for good this time… been playing since 2013 and the game has just went downhill so bad. Have a bunch of other items that I’ll get rid of later on as well.
How to fix this? happened twice a day for 4-6 hours each and its during my playtime.

So even if we were to grant that the game is just an inflation ridden version of what it once was, how does this change the progression ceiling? I'm basically asking:
What do you do now? How does a new player progress as efficiently as possible, and what are they progressing towards?
BFGS, breaking chands, all of this feels very outdated, and I simply can't tell whether this is because the majority of the player base is past this point, or if these methods are outdated
if they are "past this point", what do they do now? Is it to get all the rarest items? get as rich as possible?
It's like a simultaneously broken game loop as well as a broken conclusion, what is the A to Z what does it consist of, in light of the inflation and bots?
Game is way to dead for there to be any youtube tutorials or guides on this, 99% of the remaining player base are veteran players, who also probably couldn't tell you, even if they wanted to

Im noticing an increase of value of world locks this week.
Blue ances that cost 220-250DLS on Aug 17 now cost 180-190DLS on Aug 20. Same timeframe for MAGPLANT that cost 42BGLS now 32BGLS. Manip or nah?
Items like, Surg-E, Display Shelves, Science Station, Tackle boxes, etc. are becoming more cheap. But noteable that some items are still on the same stable price.
I'd like your thoughts about this. No toxicity.

They advertised on the megaphone that they were selling BGL for €0.50 each. I visited their website, joined their Discord server, and used the buying channel. When a seller contacted me and asked how many BGL I wanted to buy, I said I only wanted to start with one BGL to check whether they were legitimate.
They then kicked me out of the server without giving any reason. Because of this, I suspect they may be scammers who realized I was testing them with a small transaction to avoid losing a large amount of money. Seems like their scamming target is the one who demand large amounts of BGLS so they can get away with large sum of cash from buyer.
