I made an order for 1k rounds of 9mm. Emailed them the next week after for an update. No response, after I got an automated “you’ll have a response in up to 24 hours”

Went through the website contact us page and received an email that my order was cancelled due to “website error” no explanation, no emails other than the refund

They took my money for over a week and no replies or explanation. If I didn’t press them for an order update who knows when I would have gotten a refund

Definitely don’t recommend this business

I recently purchased an M&P 2.0, some 9mm ammunition, and a Holosun red dot sight from Deerford Defense. Would highly recommend working with these guys.

When my M&P 2.0 arrived, it was in perfect condition. definitely a solid firearm that I can already tell will serve me well. (Mainly will just sit on the nightstand, but I've enjoyed its presence at the range) The 9mm ammunition was neatly packaged, which made me feel confident about my purchase. The Holosun red dot sight has added a new level of accuracy to my shooting practice. It was simple to install, and the clarity is fantastic.

Additionally, I found the customer service team to be incredibly helpful. I had a few questions before I placed my order, and they responded promptly with the information I needed, which was much appreciated.

All in all, I highly recommend Deerford Defense.
