UNSC Everest [Valiant-class redesign]

This is a redesign of one of my older MOCs. Back in 2024, I started designing what is now called the UNSC Terminus, my current Valiant-class USC ship model. As time went by, I learnt a lot more and made improvements, but I also received feedback that has been included here. While the design looks similar, a lot has changed. From the outside, it's much more detailed and also much more faithful to the original design. To achieve this, I redid all of the original 'armour plates' and completely overhauled the engines. But I didn't stop there, this time I wanted to include an interior that adds to the look and gives the ship more life. While doing that, I adjusted the panels so they can be easily removed, and I also cleaned up a lot. On top of that, I'm about to fully rewrite the instructions.

For those who don't know the ship, it's a Valiant-class super heavy cruiser from the Halo universe. The UNSC Everest served as Admiral Preston Cole's flagship. This particular MOC is currently 85 cm long and has 9,000 parts, many of which are small. Oh, and also the ship is much darker IRL!

What time do you suggest to play to find ranked in this game? It's boring to play only firefight after playing halo 2 at legendary difficulty hahaha

Anyone play this game anymore?

I’m trying to find games, trying ranked with insane wait times and the estimated time for modes is mad high. The only mode I can consistently play is oddball. What’s going on?

Edit: I’m playing from the UK, I already have the expanded setting on. I guess it’s just the modes I’m trying to play. I was able to find BTB matches quite quick today

This is by far the best game I’ve ever had, and likely ever will have.

If you’re wondering: no I’m not very good, I just had an amazing run with the Wraith and spent the entire game nuking the enemy while they tried to capture zones.

I’d like to formally apologize to the enemy team on Megapolis today.

107-28, a Killionaire, and 18 straight minutes of holding down the trigger at the spawns like a ruthless warlord. I went into this match expecting a nice game of Capture the Flag with campaign weapons but ended up leaving with a war crime tribunal hearing.

Getting above Diamond

I asked the main sub a couple of weeks ago. The main feedback I got about which rank requires one to have teammates they play with over just random players was the rank right above Diamond. I've been playing about a month now and for the life of me I cannot get passed DIII solidly. I'll hit DIV then get several bad games where nobody plays together, and its just a slaughter. Then I'll get a handful of competent games where everyone is in sink and I get back to DIV. Its just been up and down for over a week now. Am I really going to have to get good enough to be able to carry myself every game at this rank?

Turn Off Voice and Text Comms

After years of playing, and now dealing with these ping rates, cross platform matches, and general poor sportsmanship by players…I’ve completely turned off comms, and just ping targets.

It’s awesome!!!

It’s completely changed the gameplay. Highly recommend!!!

Stop allowing random people access to your thinking. Turn them off. You play better.

Halo Infinite freezing

Whenever I try to play Halo Infinite, the game starts freezing a few minutes into play. I've tried every solution on every reddit page, and I've found nothing that works. I have an RTX 4050 and an intel gpu

I've tried using proton 10, ge-proton, forcing windowed mode, multiple different launch options, everything on protondb, and nothing. I really just want to play this with my friends, and my windows partition doesn't have enough space (100 gb partition, almost half is taken up just by windows itself wtf). Please help me.
