Avoid this app

Had a 5300 dollar parlay that would have paid 20k (it hit) but instead they closed my account, said they cashed out my bet and would send my 5300 back to my bank on file. Welp, it’s been 5 weeks and nothing. I’ve emailed them, they’ve asked for bank statements, selfies, pics of my ID and card.. all of which I have provided and still nothing. Seriously, don’t become a victim. I recommend using kalshi.

Husband and Wife same device

Recently my wife opened an account on our shared device. She won a good amount of money and was able to withdraw it all outside of $200. Account got flagged for shared device. She provided the necessary documents and also the account was linked to my Venmo account so I provided ID and an affidavit authorizing transactions. The issue that I have is that I’m on a timeout from the app itself for my account. So with that being said what would you all think Hardrock will do here? We have submitted the required documents but have not heard back. Been 2 days.

Hey guys I’m new to using hard rock bet, I won 54,000$ , but I’m having issues withdrawing my money? So basically I deposited 660$ through my debit card, and I tried to withdraw back into my debit card because they state it withdraws how i deposit, anyways I tried to withdraw 20,000$ and it split it into two one 400$ and 19,600$ the 400$ was processed and deposited but the 19,600$ was rejected but I contacted my bank and they said there’s no deposit limit, now I tried to withdraw less 9000$ via debit to see if it works and 3000$ via Interac I am just waiting for review to see what happens, does anyone know what I should do I tried to contact support not really a help. Actually won on Roulette

I’ve played with the roulette when I’m bored, yesterday I placed a $5 bet of $2 red, $2 even and $1 first 12. The lucky number was 12 and it paid out $2196. I think it’s a fluke and I’ll likely never play it again, but goddamn that was a nice surprise

Worst Sportsbook on Earth

these guys are the absolute worst sportsbook on earth and complete and total scammers. the rewards drops are absolutely fucked and tell you exactly who you’re dealing with. on weeks where I have multiple deposits and am down money, my level 5 drop would include bonus bets, thousands of unity points to use how I want to, and profit boosts as well. usually they would have 4-6 items, and it probably cost me like $700 wagered to get from level 4 to level 5.

I took a week off to test something, and I proved that the Seminole tribe of Florida needs to be taken down and have their monopoly on betting removed. they just gave me my weekly drop, a complete and total joke. i got a profit boost, 5x unity points (which I already fucking get from being level 5 anyways 😂), and a $20 no sweat entry which is something I got at fucking level 2. that’s how they “reward” your “loyalty” (which is actually not loyalty at all, they just rigged the entire state to ensure they could fuck us like this and there is nothing we can do other than use prediction markets like DK and Kalshi, which is exactly where my sports wagers will be placed going forward, and at much better odds as well)

fuck you Seminole tribe, I hope someday we can finally introduce other legal books to Florida because this shit is absolutely absurd. 🤡

Withdrawal issue? Never seen this before! Chat is no help.

Can withdrawal winnings any withdrawal method but the original amount I deposited is only allowed to be withdrawn through OG deposit way? But the withdrawal fails but the winnings can be withdrawn with ease. What are my options? Hard rock has money held hostage 🗡️🗡️

What does this mean??

I added my debit card for my new bank account and I’m trying to withdraw some of my winnings but it won’t let me withdraw the full amount to said account. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?
