Kora's feeling brave enough to show all his scars, like the one on his face, his neck and his chest (which is still somewhat hidden)
I drew him in his 40's so why not give him a design on how he looks like in his 50's. Hearts is so devoted to his family and the hotel, he takes his job as chief security very seriously and as a dad. When he's by your side, he'll be there until the very end.
