First let me say I love my HDhomerun. I mostly use Apple TV's. I did just order a "new" Fire Stick with the new operating system and I can't find the HDHomerun app? Am I missing something or should I just send this damn thing back to amazon?
I have new Flex 4k (Just upgraded from Connect Duo) and it doesn't record anything I have selected to record. However, when I'm watching Live TV I see the recording file show up in the Live folder. If I say record this episode this time and close the APP the recording file disappears. I have no issues watching live TV. The recording logs are all written to the NAS. (Below is the last entry from those Logs.) Does anyone have any idea what to do? Here are more details to my setup:
- Firmware Version - 20260909beta1
- The NAS is a WDCloud NAS.
- 1GB connection to everything...All local
- No Add blocker on the Flex unit
- No issues with my old Connect Duo
- The logs do have this error: myhdhomerun_files webclient error 7 early close

I received my HDFX-4DT on the 9th September from Silicondust which came with an incorrect power supply for Australia. I received a response a week later saying a bunch of orders were accidentally sent out with the wrong power supplies which they will rectify. Since then I've been ghosted by the company with all my subsequent follow up emails going unanswered. Could someone from Silicondust contact me as Im getting know where with my emails?
When watching a channel then going to the guide and scrolling through the channels then coming back to the original channel and selecting it, the channel starts back over from the very beginning of the buffer.
Is there any way to stop this from happening, I would rather it just go back live and not start all the way over but I can't find a setting to change this.
Any help would be appreciated.
