Did being fat make me have an early puberty?

The first pic I was probably 8 years old if I had to guess and in the second I’m 12 years old after I lost some weight. I don’t know exactly when I started puberty but I think my puberty ended sooner than others. Is it possible that being fat made my puberty start early and end early?

Is anyone else significantly shorter then their mother?

Im a 184cm guy at 17. Plates are as good as closed, might have another cm or 2 in me. I've got a 190 father and a 193 mother. Did i get unlucky with the genes or does this really have a cause?

How would vitamins indirectly lead to height growth?

As the title implies, how would it work? I don’t understand if any of them really matters if you’ll be getting them from diets, but even if you’re getting enough, how much of a difference would it make with and without it? Like all I know would be calcium thicken bones horizontally and make them more denser and stronger but not vertically.

How did I end up this short?

My mom is 5'5 and my dad is 5'8, my maternal grandfather was 5'11, and so were his brother and dad, and my paternal uncle and grandfather are 5'8. According to the mid-parental target height, I should be 5'9, but I ended up 5'2, and my sister is 5'1.

How did I end up shorter than almost everyone in my family?

Can you predict my future height?

Im 15 and 11 month now my height in the years is:

11/132

12/138

13/144

14/151

15/157

15.11/167

17/?

18/?

19/?

20/?

21/?

Father/177

Mother/165

Maternal uncles/185, 182, 177

Paternal uncles/185, 182, 160

The first signs of puberty appeared at age 13 and a half, but my voice and the hair on my legs, arms, and underarms began to change around age 15 months or three, becoming thicker. There is very light facial hair that is barely noticeable. The question is am i late bloomer .My family says my maternal uncle was short at one point and then grew tall, and his brother was short at age 17 and then grew tall in university. Note: I resemble my uncle , who is 185 cm tall, in appearance. And he start puberty at 15 like me) am i late bloomer ??

How do I know when my ejaculate started to contain sperm in it?

So I've talked to some people on here before, and apparently if you're able to ejaculate and produce sperm, then puberty is well underway. However, according to Moist-Apricot, the body can start producing seminal fluid from the prostate and seminal vesicles before viable sperm are present, so early ejaculations may contain little or no sperm (his words). I remember my first voluntary ejaculation while awake was clear-ish and didnt have much volume, but as a couple months passed, my ejaculation turned white and gained more volume. Does that mean sperm is present in my ejaculate by then? I am asking this question because I am trying to look back at my own pubertal height growth pattern on my own and therefore I am looking back at my own pubertal markers in the past.

How much my cousin can grow taller?

One of my cousins is 15.5 years old and his current height is 173 cm, His father is 164 cm and his mom is 149cm.

His grandfather is 159cm

What will be his final height??

I don't know how tall he was in the past years, but back then we met in 2021 when I was 12 and he was 11 I was 1-2 inches taller than him so basically he must be 4'5-4'7 at that time

And now in 2026 we met again and he was 2 inches taller than me he is 5'8 and I'm 5'6

perception of the average

I wanted to ask if you relate with these averages as this is the CDC growth chart
for boys (from USA) I’m going to give my perception at the end

Birth: 50cm (19.7in)
1y old: 75cm (29.5in)
2y old: 86.9cm (34.2in)
3y old 95.3cm (3'1.5")
4y old: 102.6cm (3’4.4")
5y old: 109.2cm (3'7")
6y old: 115.6cm (3'9.5")
7y old: 121.9cm (4ft)
8y old: 128cm (4'2.4")
9y old: 133.3cm (4'4.5")
10y old: 138.4cm (4'6.5")
11y old: 143.3cm (4'8.4")
12y old: 149.1cm (4'10.7")
13y old: 156.2cm (5'1.5")
14y old: 163.8cm (5'4.5")
15y old: 170.2cm (5'7")
16y old: 173.5cm (5'8.3")
17y old: 175.3cm (5'9")
18y old: 176cm (5'9.3")
19y old: 176.5cm (5'9.5")

(I’m not from the US but the average is really close, slightly lower than the average in my country during early childhood, slightly higher during adolescence ad identical for the adult average height)

As a boy who had always been about the statistical average, I do relate with these numbers as I never felt short or tall in most situations, always felt average, there were the tall kids and the short kids. I DONT completely relate with the averages from age 11 onwards. I feel like the average is slightly higher as in my perception boys start their spurt much earlier now. This is my “perception” of the average at each age.

11: 144-145cm
12: 151cm
13: 158-159cm
14: 166cm
15: 172-173cm
16: 175-176cm
17: 176cm
18: 177cm
19: 177cm

give me your thoughts. (Also make sure your country’s reported average match or are close to those I wrote in the post)

Haven’t grown since 15

For context, my dad is 6’2” and my mom is 5’5”–5’6”. I’m 18, turning 19 soon, and 5’7”. I’ve always been a late bloomer and less developed than people my age. I haven’t grown much since my initial growth spurt around freshman–sophomore year; I was 5’6” at 16. I’m wondering if I’m done growing or if I could still have some growth left.
My 13-year-old brother is already about ½” taller than me, despite us having the same dad and my mom being taller than his mom. My dad also grew about 3” in his early 20s and was a late grower, though I’m not sure how much that applies to me.
I also look noticeably young for my age. I have very little facial hair—basically the same light mustache since puberty—and only recently started getting a few chin hairs and tiny strands of chest hair. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thank you all!

wide clavicles at 15 though they continue widening until 22+?

I measured my clavicle using the recommended method with my brother’s help and kept getting around 19 cm (18 to 19 cm in case I measured slightly wrong). Google says the adult average in Western countries is around 15.5 to 16 cm, with an SD of roughly 1 to 1.2 cm, which would put me somewhere around the 95th(if it was 18 cm and sd is 1.2) to 99.9+th (if it was 19 cm and sd is 1.0)

I was shocked, so I repeated the measurement multiple times while following the tutorial carefully, but still got around 19 cm. I knew I had a broad frame since my shoulders are wider than both my dad’s and brother’s, but I didn’t realize I might be in the extreme range even compared with adult men.

What really surprised me is that clavicles are among the last bones to finish growing. Could mine potentially reach 20 cm? Most of my shoulder width seems to come from my bones rather than muscle. No wonder people think I’m strong as hell when I literally just sit around playing FIFA all day 💀

My clavicle length correlates to a 6'5+ male.
just something on my mind

(i measured straight which is the clinically accepted method, measuring along the curve which some people make the mistake of doing i get above 20 cm)

Complete growth timeline from birth to 14yo (163cm / 5'4" at age 9 to 203cm / 6'8" now). Final height projections?

Age: 14 (Born April 2012)

Current Height: 203 cm (6'7.9" / ~6'8")

Current Weight: 82.5 kg (182 lbs)

Here is a complete visual growth chart tracked from birth health records up to current measurements.

Key Progression Breakdown:

Age 9.9 (March 2022): 163 cm / 5'4.2"

Age 10.8 (Feb 2023): 169 cm / 5'6.5"

Age 11.6 (Dec 2023): 178 cm / 5'10.1"

Age 12.6 (Dec 2024): 186 cm / 6'1.2"

Age 13.6 (Dec 2025): 197 cm / 6'5.6"

Current - Age 14.3 (Aug 2026): 203 cm / 6'7.9"

As you can see, the trajectory has been extremely steady (roughly +8cm to +11cm per year during the main spurt phase) without stalling.

For those who track percentiles and growth curves: Where do you see this trajectory leveling off based on similar growth patterns?
