Does anyone have a Mars 2.0 that they have not changed any of the P Settings on?

I was going through the P Settings Menu, which is obtained by holding down the plus and minus for a few seconds, and I'm afraid that I changed a couple of the settings that are crucial to be correct. (like the ones to do with the magnets and cadence sensor). I talked to heybike customer support via many emails, and they are not able (or willing?) to give me the stock values for each P Level.. If anyone that has a Mars 2.0 with the factory settings yet would be willing to share them with me it would be so very much appreciated? I think there are 11 P Settings altogether.

It seems as though Heybike themselves can't even decide on simple tire diameter. Factory it was set to 23in diameter, I know that for sure, but Heybikey customer support has conflicting information and some employees have said to set it to 20 in, and some say 23 in...

PS - I believe I have the newer Yolin Vertical Screen with Color, which I believe is a little different from the previous black and grey screens.

Adding a brake light to Heybike Villain

I got a heybike villain recently and it’s my first e-bike. I’m pretty happy with it stock but I want to add a brake light. Does anyone know what the stock controller is and if it comes with a female wiring harness to easily add a 6 pin brake light? Do I need to change the controller or wiring to add the tail light? Also, I don’t see any brake lights spec’s for 52V. I see 36V - 48V on Amazon. Does the voltage matter for this?

Race Max 2022-23... Did I unlock 34 mph, or just mess with the spedometer?

I was trying to boost my speed settings, and reduce current and volatage for certain modes, and I am not sure if I had.

After changing the Spd (speed detection) setting up to max, it was at one point going roughly 34mph. However, it also only picked up on extreme speeds and was very inconsistent.

Did I mess up the spedometer, or boost speed? I have reset it for now.

Another recommendation against buying any Heybike products

So, I received a Race Max 27.5" from my brother last year, and mostly it's performed fine. Recently, I had several spokes on my rear wheel break when I took the wheel off for cleaning and maintenance. I emailed Heybike to ask for the rim's tension specs so I could rebuild the wheel, and, well, see their response for yourself:

I've left the initial automated response and my reply with pictures of the broken spokes and motor serial number, but otherwise this is unedited. If a bike company can't provide information this basic so people can properly maintain their bikes, they have no fucking business being in this business.

Also, here's the Youtube short they linked: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4hBtP1lE0mE

Yes, it has no audio or any other information. Completely and utterly useless.

Heybike Tyson.

Does anyone know how I might replace this? My frame got wobbly then this bolt broke out. It holds the two frames together. It's a rotation point on the frame as well. I've reached out to heybike with little hope. Can I do anything to fix it?
