Did my account verification (using number) and now I'm banned (supposedly)

So this is only my 2nd day of using this app. And idk what I did wrong but I completed 3 surveys. Got screened out of 10. Made like 2.50$ total

Then I got a prompt to verify my number. I did that. And now every qualification survey I do. No matter how carefully I read and answer the qualification survey. Just gives me disqualified.

Happened like 15 times atleast

I haven't been able to qualify for a single survey since verification. Am I banned?
