Is it just me or are the surveys really bad on Sundays & crap on the weekend.. The offers are terrible during the weekend.. Wish they could fix it

Best so far is $0.75 for the $7.50/gold tier. Not great, but appreciated.

I’m facing a major issue with Haycash and I'm wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing.

For about two days now, my account seems completely frozen. Game tracking has stopped working entirely—it’s not registering any progress for both my old and new games. To make things worse, I can’t withdraw my earnings either.

I know for a fact the issue isn't from my end because I haven't changed any settings or done anything differently.

Usually, when I contact their support, I instantly get an automated email confirming they received my ticket, followed by a response from a real agent. This time, I sent them a message two days ago and haven't received absolutely anything back—not even the automated confirmation.

Has anyone experienced this total freeze recently? Is there a known fix, or another way to get through to their support when their main system seems down?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm new and I'm not sure what games are worth putting time into

Anyone else ever have the reward for an offer change while you were still working on it? I’m on Solitaire Cash and just noticed the total amount went from $1200 to $600. People really come up with new jokes everyday.

Its kind of a fun game, but you hit road blocks, such as energy, even if you spend money you can only get a certain amount of energy per day. (there are other things such as materials that hold you back). I've hit every single point and I understand that the numbering they provided is weird(101, 201, 301, etc...) but 101 means: start chapter 1 complete scene 1, 201 means start chapter 2 and complete scene 1 and so forth... The thing that I am upset about is the last, most difficult point, 1805, which means chapter 18 scene 5 and that is the one that did not pay out. I am on chapter 19. I've finished chapter 18 scene 5, look at the screen shots. I am including the dates. screen shots start with the offer.

Screen shot 1 shows that I have completed every task.

Screen shot 2 shows that I have more than enough time left to finish said offers you can see I have 31 days left

Screen shot 3 , 4, 5 will show me completing harder chapters(11, 13, 15) leading up to 1805

Getting ripped off:

First of all, I receive very few surveys, and even when I do get them, I can't qualify. I keep getting screened out. Please help me and tell me what mistakes I might be making

Just like a lot of people on here, I'm thinking hey cash is a scam. Signed up yesterday, got my account to $5. When I went to cash out via PayPal - nothing. I click the button, nothing happens. Then eventually it tells me "too many attempts"

I've cleared cache, done all that they recommend, still nothing.

For a nice change, no complaint about tracking or non-payment. I just don't know if I'm remembering wrong, or something else is happening. Had what I'm almost positive I remember as a $3.50-ish reward yesterday for reaching a certain level, I hit it today and it shows $2.45. That much at least rewarded, so that is not the issue.

And just in case... This isn't about payout, my cashout details are fine, and I have cleared my cache, though that has absolutely nothing to do with "minor" game rewards.

I just want to know if rewards can change "at will" after you've accepted and reached the first few milestones.

Please don't install this app, don't use their website.
You can get first money with no problem, but later on they will say nothing was tracked.
Nothing tracked for like 70% of task's!!!

Hi everyone! HeyCash are a bunch of thieves. I deposited $4.99 on a game and they said it didn’t track. Nothing unusual here they do this all the time. They don’t pay when they say they will!!!
This time HeyCash has taken a new low and didn’t refund my deposit back. They instead gave me $2.00 out of the $4.99 I spent. The task was to make any purchase. Overall $2.99 loss messing around with HeyCash.
