Song speaks for itself quite prescient. Listen to the whole album if you can it's one of the best abstract concept albums ever.

The song's swing or bounce represents that acrobatic pendulum you feel while skating through the city, the neighborhood. The vocal samples evoke a sense of Soul and Jazz, while the beat builds diverse soundscapes with a kick drum that breaks down structures.

I like the littyness of the soul sampling here. I think it’s an unknown cat, but still. Has a lil bit of Ye in there.
