Brand Concierge /Content Creator/ Brand Communications and Content Specialists...multiple listings

Hello all, I have applied for this role and been pursued by multiple recruiters for “brand concierge”, also listed as “content creator”, and similar. So far, I think I have seen this listed with the following businesses:
Insight Global, Iconma, Acro Service Corp, Aquent, NDX Human Capital Solutions, Experis, The Mom Project… my guess is there are MANY others.

I pre-interviewed with Iconma, and Insight Global. Could someone @GM confirm this is legitimate? It’s pretty scary to feel that so many companies may be hijacked or literally looking for the same candidate.
The wording of this job is typically like this:

Has anyone actually hired through Pearl Talent?

Hey all, I keep seeing them recommended for VAs and EAs, especially because they supposedly do a lot of the vetting/matching for you rather than just sending a huge list of candidates.

Has anyone here used them? Mainly curious if the candidate quality actually justifies going through them vs hiring directly from the Philippines or using Upwork.
