Montreal Canadiens have officially LAPPED the Leafs rebuild in less than half the time. Embarrassing and pathetic. OLE

This young forward will bring the Cup to Toronto, in 2029.

Gavin McKenna is just 18 now but will be 21 by then, you remember Patty Kane at 21? Oh he won a cup and oh yeah, Crosby too. Now the leafs won't win in 2027 or 2028 more than likely not. But in 2029, plan the parade.

What habs fans or sabres fans will be eating if their team advances.

If the habs win, I'll eat buffalo wings. If the sabres win, then a Montreal smoked meat sandwich. The habs even know the canes biggest weakness (the eastern conference final) this isn't 2006 anymore.

What Centers most deserve an NHL Team/Franchise in 2027-2029?

It probably be another year or three, it takes time to find a market large as well as passionate enough to get or lose a team.

My List (after two Busch Ice 6% tall boyz):

Team Name Choice: "..." is a lame name..., "?" is controversial? and "!" is great name!

  • A (Best): Houston, TX. (Astros?), Cleveland, OH. (Buckeyes...), Kansas City, MO (Mavericks!).

  • B (Runner-Up): Portland (Pirates...), Atlanta (Thrashers!), Isles to MSW with Rangers/Knicks schedule negotiations?/like Kings Clippers and Lakers in LA).

  • C (Okay): Second Toronto Team (Toronto St. Pats...), Second Montreal Team (Maroons?), Omaha (Nebraska Cornhuskers!)

  • D (Not Great):Hamilton (Steel?) Quebec City (Nordiques!) Milwaukee (Lakers...)

  • E (Awful Choices): Regina/Saskatoon (Saskatchewan Wheat?) Halifax (Mooseballs...), 2nd Vancouver Team (Lumberjacks!)

  • F (I'll Have What They're Smoking): San Francisco (29ers?) Move Wild to Minneapolis/Timberwolves Arena (remain the Wild!), Second New Jersey Team (The Giant Jets...)

Canada with 8 teams would be fine, but it's either a second Toronto/Montreal team that be best,.Hamilton and Quebec City need to grow a pair need to grow apparently. Sask/Maritimes just far too small. Vancouver would just Riot if each team had to play against eachother in the playoffs. The 49ers almost practically play in a Suburb of SJ, SF sharks fans commute very easy. Oakland had their choice. GSW not sharing their SF Arena, and actually that should be Milwaukee's answer too. The Admirals/AHL club play in a much smaller Arena.

What ice hockey equipments can I reuse for inline hockey?

Hey, I just started playing ice hockey this year, and I’m trying to keep practicing during the off season by getting into inline hockey. The problem is, ice hockey equipments are already expensive, and I don’t want to end up buying a full second set if I don’t really need to.

I’m trying to figure out what gear I can reuse and what I might need to change. I’m guessing gloves, elbow pads, and maybe shin guards should still work, but I’m not fully sure how different the setups are between the two.

I’ve seen some discussions where people compare gear setups and even mention variations they’ve come across across places like online stores when talking about equipment differences, but I’d rather hear from people who’ve actually played both.

I just want to keep improving without spending too much extra money if I can avoid it.

If you play both inline and ice hockey, what gear do you keep the same and what did you have to switch out?
