ottonymous ottolinger: did i get scammed
I ordered these glasses the day the pre order dropped in October 2023 as a birthday gift and I knew it would take a while to get them (that's not the issue here) but here we are 2 years later and I have yet to hear anything from Shayne Oliver Group. I went to the shop pay website using the email i bought it with and now it's telling me i don't have access to my order details, even through I have the email invoice and receipt. I've sent multiple emails & dm's but it's total silence on their end. I'm so upset because not only does this make them look bad but it make's their collaborator, Ottolinger, look bad too. I just don't understand how he's still doing clothing drops and not fulfilling orders.
UPDATE: A while back I got in contact with an employee (via reddit) that was able to change my shipping address because I moved. They also informed me that the only color of sunglasses they have is in pistachio and that the color I ordered still haven't been shipped from the manufacturer. I've tried to be patient but this is getting out of hand. I tried emailing their customer service and I got an email back saying that the email account that I tried to reach does not exist I just want my glasses.
