Every day in a 1 or 2 hour period I'll get 30-50 Junk e-mails.

They go straight to junk but 90% are still Flagged as important (why does Hotmail not have a better filter yet for spam?)

How do I stop receiving them, as I worry I'll miss genuine e-mails which accidentally go to my Junk folder (PayPal always goes to my Junk folder for example, despite years of me saying it's a safe sender)

If I cant resolve this I'll just move e-mail providers and start fresh, this is becoming deeply frustrating
