HTC DESIRE 816 VS ONE S CAMERA

Which one is better?

HTC Desire 816w (Dual SIM, China Unicom version, running Android 4.4.2 with unlocked bootloader and recovery)
HTC One S (ViperC2 / VilleC2 / BSTAR301, running Android 4.1.2)

These are the only two HTC devices I currently own in my collection! My plan is to flash LineageOS 14.1 on the Desire 816w

Does everybody have the ruu for the HTC One M7 orange Romania firmware

I got bored with a normal basic stock Android so I want to you know put orange Romania firmware on the phone so does everybody have it or it doesn't exist right
