Crank arm hitting body

I dropped my Stealth Bomber clone a few times, and now the crank arm is misaligned and pushed too far inward. Every time I pedal, the arm smacks right into the side of the main frame body.

Has anyone dealt with this after a crash or drop? Did I bend the bottom bracket spindle, or did the aluminum arm just get forced too deep onto the axle taper?

What tools or steps do I need to take to fix this and get my clearance back?

This might sound a little dumb but is it possible to tune a FarDriver to emulate a powerband?

I miss my two strokes a lot and I though my it would be pretty cool if it was possible to have a fake powerband on my razor.

Ordered a velocifero jump

I've had my eyes on a velocifero jump for a few years now, and I finally just ordered one. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with one, and they could share some insights? Thanks

I need help

I need help deciding whether I should get a rear hub motor kit, and if so, which one I should get. I am going to be using this as a daily commuter around four days out of the week. I am going to be doing around 30 miles per hour. I just need something that I will eventually upgrade. My budget is around 500. And I will be doing 28mi daily. It's a 72 v battery and I can handle around 2000-5000 watts I'm going to out the listing here from Amazon

[72V Ebike Battery 20Ah Samsungcell Rechargeable Lithium Batteries with 4A Charger Triangle Electric Bike Battery Built-in 80A BMS for 2000-5000W Motor (72V 20Ah)]

Help me out what is a good kit I can eventually change the spokes on

2024 Surron Ultra Bee Motor Max Power

I have a 2024 Surron Ultra Bee Motor that I would like to use on a street go-kart build but I need help determining how much power it'll take. I'm definitely doing 96v, and I want to decide between a 170A or 330A controller, so either 16kW or 31kW. All the discussions I have found are talking about the stock battery's limits or are talking about an upgraded motor. Anyone have any experience with really pushing the stock motor and could give me a few pointers? I'm trying to avoid buying the 31kW controller if I'll just have to turn it way down anyways if that much power is too much for the motor. Also building a 16kW battery would be much cheaper than building a 31kW battery with the same capacity.

2000w or 3000w conversion kit

Hey planning on converting an older gen trek marlin 7. it has a 9 gear speed and has 135mm open drop outs. I want to put on a 72v 30 ah battery. but I also want to be able to keep my gears and attach them to the motor. does the 2000w and 3000w motor wheels on nb power have the same dimensions as i have a feeling the 3000w might be bigger and won't fit my gears. thanks

1st image is how it looked before and the second and following are after installing lower mtb bars , im going for a cafe racer look .

gonna add a fake gas tank functioning as a storage on the top and at the bottom will probably add a cover and 3d print both these . should i remove the mudflap of the back tire? i think itl look better that way

Major changes to 200kw build

So I made a few posts previously about the build I was doing on the ruckus clone, sadly on my first test day I had one of the controllers blow on me and also I was extremely dissatisfied with the frame.

I've moved on to a different frame now and blown the other controller. So now I have them sending two new controllers as replacements. So once again waiting, however, the new frame is beautiful and I'm very glad I went this route so I just want to show it off cuz it's cool as fuck

So hopefully next update is a riding video and the controllers hopefully won't blow up this time.

Some additional details, there is a pretty gnarly fire when the controller blew so I went ahead and managed to fit two 800 amp breakers on this build which when the second controller exploded completely controlled it, which was great. Feels a little safer lmao

SM7280 Controller Regen

I have a 72v 80a generic style non-programmable controller. Is there a way to turn on regen on this? I've tried bridging the EBS pin with ground and I get a 5V reading but nothing seems to happen. I've tried while holding and not holding the brakes. In my display, which is a UKC1, in the advanced settings there is no setting for regen. I'm wondering if someone got something like this to work before. Thanks.

Dirt getting into hubs

So today was the 7th time I had to take my wheels off to clean dirt out of the hubs and the bike only has 521km on it. It's not getting into the bearing itself but it's shedding the spacers that sit in the hub.

My question is how do y'all keep dirt and sand out of your hubs cause I'm tired of fixing it after every ride.
