Replaced psu in a slate 8 mesh and fans sound like a jet engine

I just replaced the original psu (a 600or 650w high power non modular) with a corsair RM850e. There were a total of 4 cords from the old psu connected. The motherboard, the cpu, the gpu, and molex connector to an open faced hub that seems to have the power button on top of the case, rgb strips and I THINK the intake fans? Im still trying to trace those wires.

After connecting the 4 wires I need back to the pc, got it powered on to a launch in bios to confirm boot drive. I did, boots up normally now but the fans. The god dam fans and even the 240mm be quiet aio in there are just blasting at full strength. Checked fan speeds and they were indeed high even toying around with fan curve which I set back to default normal because I don't know much about that stuff yet. The aio said it was running at 5k rpms and the fans 2.5kish.( away from my pc to get exact numbers.

What's happening? How do I fix this? Im scared to let my son even play it right now because of it potentially getting damaged by the fan speeds. I triple checked every connection, even reseating multiple times, checked bios which fans are on auto. They won't slow down. Please help.

IBUYPOWER PSU's

Can we please stop this business practice of selling rigs with garbage psu's? I have bought two ibuypowers in my life and built 2 of my own. Both of my pcs lasted 4 years each before an issue. Both ibuypower pc's had their psu's fry within 1 year.

Why are we pinning psu cables this way? Does IBP intentionally do this so when a customer trys to replace the garbage psu's sold they bend the pins on the mobo? I promise you can have good cable management without reefing the pin cables down with the maximum amount of pressure possible. I may just be beyond pissed off and am nitpicking but cables should not be this inconvenient to disconnect.

How fast is microcenter repairs

Okay so yesterday my pc basically just died after 2 days of having it out of no where and im assuming its most likely the psu but ibp support believes its the mobo so now im just deciding on whether or not to send it to ibp or to my closest microcenter, i wanna get back to gaming asap and ibp support told me it would take about 3 weeks for the repair and for them to send it back but then i found out that you can take your ibp pc to a microcenter for a repair as well but im just curious on how long will it take for them to repair the pc and for it to be ready and stuff, would it take up to a week or what?

PSU causing reboot during BF6 play?

This is pretty new, my rig is about 2.5 years old and has started rebooting during matches in BF6. I’ve tried everything software wise and scaled the GPU down with MSI Afterburner and it still happens. From what I’ve read it looks like my PSU may be tripping and causing this, has anyone seen this or a new PSU fixing this? I’ve got a Corsair 1,000 watt in my cart now waiting to pull the trigger. (CORSAIR RM1000x Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX Power Supply)

Recommendations on parts to replace?

My pc arrives in 2 days, I’ve seen a few people suggesting I replace the “cheaper” parts sent by ibuypower with better ones, is there any parts people normally change as soon as they receive their pc to make their life easier? Or is it not necessary, I appreciate you all.

Tried to update BIOS through Gigabyte but got a OEMID mismatch error. Google said to go through iBUYPOWER since it’s a prebuilt PC. Which result do I download? (Am new at this and USB is formatted correctly)

Is it possible to upgrade the iBuyPower Revolt 2?

Im strictly only interested in it for the case. I see one going for sale on facebook and the guy is wanting $700 and it has a 980 and a 6700k in it. I was gonna upgrade it to a 4000 series card with a X3D cpu. Would this be possible? Not really sure how difficult it is to take apart the case.

Is this a normal Coil Whine?

I bought a PC from Dubaro about two years ago, and I recently noticed that the coil whine isn’t coming from the GPU at all, but from the power supply. It’s extremely annoying and somehow seems to be getting worse over time.
The PSU is a Corsair RM850e 850W (80+ Gold) V2 ATX 3.0. Do you think there’s anything I can do about it or somehow fix it?
I understand that a little bit of coil whine can be normal, but this sounds more like a constant high-pitched tinnitus-like beeping noise, which is incredibly annoying and honestly feels unhealthy for my ears.

Pc randomly restarting

I bought an I buy power pc 2 years ago and In the past few weeks it would randomly restart sometimes even if I was just sitting on desktop. I thought it was a psu issue so I replaced it with a new corsair 850e but the issue is still there.

CPU: intel i9 14900kf
Motherboard asus z790
PSU:Corsair 850e

Help, new prebuilt. Should I return it?

Hi everyone. I recently bought a ibuypower from Costco but when I turn it on, the cpu and dram light are on. I’ve double checked the ram and plus, everything seems to work but my monitor is not detecting any signal. I also made sure that the hdmi is connected to the graphics card. Is there something wrong with it?

EDIT: I replaced it with another one, wish me luck!

Do not buy from ibuypower!

Recently i bought an custom pc frokm ibuyscammerpower but it was perform terrible, crazy loud and slow. Even with the curved fan settings. They refused to pay for return shipping label, i paid $300 for return and now they dont process my refund. They also say there is dent on bottom of case which is a huge lie. These scammers also have the worst rude arrogant customer service in entire US.
They also say they will reduce free shipping label from my refund which is crazy !!!!

Do not suggest %100000 !!

If you dont believe me there are huge numbers of complaints here unsolved.

AIO Replacement Fans

I've always heard a constant rumbling from my desktop, since the moment I got it. Sounds like when a HDD is working overtime and constantly grinding.

I was able to ignore as it was kind of enclosed and dampened but I moved and it's out in the open now and it's driving me insane.

The culrpit, after much trial and error, are the cheap fans attached to the AIO on the top of the case. The bearings inside are bad. Can I swap them out with any fan of the same dimensions or does it have to be specific ones for a liquid cooler AIO?

This happens on every cold start btw

Everytime i shutdown, and turn on my pc, it would sometimes boot into an older bios version (F32) and display this, so afterwards I turn off my pc from the cold start and wait, then turn it on, it would boot into the main bios (F67) and then I can finally boot into windows? Why?
