The ears are eyebrows so they emote when he does. I love this little guy

this is so fun to do but takes so much effort to take them all out and connect them using a web of aux cords but worth. this isnt all my idogs but most of them i think i like to especially use my segas often so they keep working

A few weeks late, but here’s my first idog! Light pink with a bit of yellowing on one leg and the bottom on one of the hind legs, missing a tail, light scratching and a bit of yellowing in the ears, but works! Also came with a set of clothes (not my favorite honestly, but the colors work), and a bag that has very minimal damage.

I’ve only had the idog plush in pink and I’m hoping to look for another!

its been a while since i posted everyone, ive sold some off done some curating and fixing and ngl im absolutely so happy with how my collection has turned out, i have found so many treasures that even just a year ago i couldnt fathom ever owning. they bring me so much joy especially now that my collection is almost complete :3 only waiting on one idog in the mail rn :)

i have two more idogs for sale! a lefty dalmation and hot pink 2005, and an idog carrying purse both tested and in working condition, with intact tails and no body yellowing surprisingly the purse is in amazing shape most ive seen listed have been very peely hoping for prices around my last post possibly more since every dollar helps me afford this darn apartment, feel free to dm to throw an offer or for more info/interest purse can go with either idog ! but will cost extra may also consider trading for idogs i dont have :D

floral creme ampd has to be my fave pattern variation its just so cute. and extra special to me as it was my second ever ampd but the only one ever made in this color (its not yellowed at all) and AH pastel pink sega is also a favorite. i paid an ungodly amount for her in a buyee auction but it was worth every CENT💘💘 that pink. the ears and tail also being pink😭 perfection as an idog

I just stumbled upon this sub and realized I still have mine from years ago! Given I've done zero research other than what I've seen on here/eBay, I was curious what my collection might be worth and thought you guys might be the best to answer!

All are in working order and I still have some of the headphone cables, if that matters. I also have a penguin but I can't seem to find for this photo!

Two of my idogs have issues I have noticed.

Classic 2007 white idog that does turn on, which just doesn't seem to register listening to sound. Am I correct to think the microphone has went bad? If so, is there a general part name I could get and attempt to repair with?

I did try to dust out the microphone hole and try fresh batteries with no luck.

My 2005 white idog has been acting very weird when trying to boot it. Sometimes it takes a few nose presses. It moves incredibly slow. Once it is on, I have noticed it occasionally is slow moving, but overall functions. I haven't done deep repairs on idogs so I have a lot of research to do, but is this the motors going bad? Anyone else have this issue?

I did change out the batteries to fresh ones with no improvement on condition, so I believe it is also the idog itself struggling.

I'd love to get in contact with someone that does repairs if they are willing to converse with me on my journey learning about idogs. 3/8 of my idogs definitely have something wrong, my pink one I believe has a high pitch whine behind all of its sounds and may need a new speaker.

I don't come from a very experienced background, I've only ever disassembled one other toy - the poo-chi - and that fella still is not reassembled. Leg seizing issues happened in all of the ones I collected so I kinda have to learn them if I want to enjoy them.

I want to take care of my robot dog army, I need help! 🥹
